  1. i hooked mine inline with the handlebar kill switch.thats the one with the open circut.the key switch is closed to run .thats why its working backwards

  3. just let your buddy put some hours on his zilla.87's are known for major engine failure.thats why the have a extra stud in the head.given enough time race him and u might be the only one to reach the end of the track

  6. any way back on subject,wizard u shouldent have to adjust your main or pilots in one carb,and not the other.if the case is that one cylinder isnt firing because of lack of fuel there is a problem or two. 1=if its the right side carb maybe the choke tube is off. 2=possible air leak in the intake-reed cage-boostbottle the next time you get it running spray some wd-40 around the carb and intake thats not firing and if its leaking youll notice a change of idle speed. sorry for the attitude i broke my wirst last night and im rollin on percs

  8. this is superchics wife and if you dont know how to work on ur bike u most likely should not be freakin ridin the damn thing. even i know to ck the gas tank before starting the damn thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what size mains do you have in it now, and what kind of pipes and elavation?
  9. i read in to other topic that u didnt have fuel getting to your other carb. i think if u take the time to reasonably figure out your problems you would be able to have more time riding instead of having everybody else try to figure out that your outa gas

  11. let me ask this,ive ported many a small block ford-chevy.ive always polished the intake runners like mirrors.on reed cages ive read that you whant to leave them a little "gritty" to help with fuel atomisation.is this only usefull towards the lower end or all over the rev range?

  17. the only chance ya have is to heat it up and bend it back.it may not get perfect but from the sounds of it would be better than it is now.
  18. has any body gotten there frame chromed? if so were did you get it done and has it held up with no rust? also i wonder if nickle plating would hold up better ,but maybe a big weight differnce.winter rework need to keep busy

  20. i have two colors of plastic on mine and the graffix dont look to bad.got it like that but by summer it will look like the alba black tribal banshee,but with a crome frame.

  23. i think it would help us out by knowing what mods are done to your shee and what did your problem start after a mod or has it always done it?
  24. sounds like one of the circuts in your carb is blocked or the hose that connects the choke to both carbs is leaking,the next time you get it to run keep it running and pull the choke if it keeps running theres deffinately a fuel problem,if it sputters out and dies chances are its in the ignition.just a thought,let us know
