  1. .028 to .032" They usually come gaped at .030" and ready to run right out of the box.
  2. BR8eix (iridium fine wire electrode) is an aswsome plug at first but seems to go bad at around 50 hrs and they cost $8 ea. BR8egv (platnum fine wire) probably similar to eix, I haven't tried these. Br8es or B8es works fine for 99% of banshees BR9es is 1 heat range cooler
  3. Anything more than +4 swinger will really suck for riding in anything other than sand, but +4 is pretty small for a cub motor in the sand if you have a lot of traction, like say 12 paddles.
  4. I think the most popular carb sizes for the cheetah cubs is duel 35's for stock stroke and duel 38's for +4 stroker and bigger.
  5. I'm going to say that no jetting changes are going to be required going from power core to turbine core silencers. If anything the turbine core silencers might be just slightly more restrictive so you may run slightly richer once you switch to them, but I doubt you will even notice.
  6. It depends on what cub setup he is going to use and how much timing. If you have a +4 stroker, 68mm bore the 19cc domes will for sure require straight 110 race fuel, same for 20cc domes. If you have a stock stroke 64mm bore you could probably mix 110 race fuel and pump fuel 50/50 with the 20cc domes. This is more of a question for a builder, not very many people on the HQ can give you an asnwer with very much certainty (including myself) because the cubs haven't been used by all that many people yet and experimented with different dome sizes and setups. I asked similar questions a while back and just got the "ask your builder" answer. A good person to ask would be David Noss of Noss machine.
  7. You can get the same stuff from Vito's for $1635 Dont forget you'll also need bigbore domes + o-rings, new head studs if you dont reuse the ones out of your cylinders. The +4 stroke 68mm bore cub set up definitely can make 100hp with the right supporting mods. A local builder has got 109 Hp out of his +4 stroke 68mm bore. http://www.vitosperformance.net/BANSHEE.HTM
  8. Banshee cylinders +4mm lod rod stroker, dune ported w/ tripple exhaust ports includes new 795 series pistons and stroker domes click link ( my stuff for sale on e-bay) Item # 4622044188
  9. Hey Led! Good to hear from you. Can't wait to see what comes off the short bus now that you are back!
  10. Hmmm, going to have to check that out.
  11. No $hit! If they shut down the dunes I probably wouldn't have any reason to go to Oregon ever again.
  12. I put the opening bid at $525 which is about the minimum I wanted to sell this package deal for. I figure the domes and pistons are worth at least $225, so if you figure $300 for a NICE set of dune ported, tripple exhaust port cylinders, thats a pretty sweet deal. Lots of people have paid $700-$800 for this same stuff using their own cylinders.
  13. Usually cause by very high compression or detonation, but I've had a lot of plugs start comming loose after installing them new for the first time. After I retighten the plugs after the first use they dont seem to come loose anymore.
  14. Sone of a bitch, I was hoping for some tits flashed in my face or something!
  15. Pair of 64.5mm .020" over wiseco 795 series pistons (click link) Item# 4618104867 Currently going for $10, only 1 bid as of Sun 3/5/06 5pm pst
  16. It is now E-bay item # 4619162123 Click( E-bay add) Click Thanks, Zack
  17. You could just buy a new can of 110 put 32:1 oil in it and mix it 50/50 with both of the other cans. That way you know any of three cans when your done will have at least 50/50 mix. It wont hurt to run the bike 50/50. Or just run all the gas from the 2 cans through the bike and start over with new 50/50 mix for the shee.
  18. Dude! When did Batman start growing dope?
  19. Let me guess, the midget hides in the brush with the chain saw and slices their leg off at the knee when they ride by! At first glance this guy is a wacko enviro nazi, and I'm sure to some degree he is, but if this is happening on private property well out side the OHV then he has every right to be pissed. Although It does piss me off when stupid people build a house right on the border of a riding area and then complain about the riding thats going on. Thats like moving in next door to a fraternity in a college town and getting pissed and making a noise complaints because you can hear party noises comming next door every Friday night. I understand property owners and their rights completely. Mainly I have when the enviro nazis shut down parts of riding areas that have nothing to do with private property. For instance, Winchester Bay Or, they shut down the area in front of the Lighthouse and the area to the North of the top of Banshee hill, no big loss really, but still pisses me off. Also they should open at least 2 more square miles of open dune area to the south, but they never will due to environmental reasons that are total BS.
  20. The cylinders have not had any welding done to them. Heres another intake pic, about as clear as I can get with my camera. And another pic from inside the cylinder looking out the exhaust port.
  21. Pics are finally working. PM me if you want any more specific pics taken.
  22. I would not consider the porting mild but it is not too wild either. I had no problems trail riding it and I was running Rockets, but it is a somewhat top-endy dune port, and like I said the exhaust port has been raised a fair amount. Static compression is about 150psi when the motor is fresh with 19cc domes. Shorties used to sell a lot of stuff online and started having some terrible customer service problems. Not very long after I got my motor back from them their web site shut down and you could rarely get anybody to answer the phone or call back. Sorry, I dont have their # anymore and I don't know how to get a hold of them.
  23. Hell ya those little fukers parents are 100% liable unless they are emacipated. You should go after them with vengance. Which riding area or where is Honeyman State park? Oaden's right. Oregon is terrible for stolden quads. At Winchester bay, I here about a lot of stolden quads, and have seen quads abandon when the fukers apparently thought it was too risky, like they were going to get caught so they ditched them along side the road. I have tied a few quads together with a smaller guage locked cable outside the RV myself. I think I will beef up my security before my next trip.
