  1. No offense, but my arms are 14" at the forearm, and 18" at the Bicep, and all I do is go to work everyday as an electrician, and try to eat right. Ya, I could stand to loose a few around the middle, but like everyone else has said, you've got to change your lifestyle, not rely on a miracle out of a bottle!!!!
  2. why won't people PC the stock a-arms. Don't you just have to replace the bushings after?????
  3. If you really want to know your HP. You should call Cascade Innovations. They have a dyno, and for $50.00 you get 6 runs.
  4. can anyone recommend one for a bigger guy. I have found that most of the are designed for small to medium build, and just are comfortable or just to damned restrictive for the larger rider
  5. I have the PRM Six pack rack with a small soft sided cooler strapped in it. You can pack all kinds of stuff wether extra plugs, water, or even some tools for on the spot tuning. I am also guily of using a camel back. I had it left over from my dirt bike days. Oh well..........
  6. what do you charge for a set of your a arm bearings???
  7. Check e-bay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2465816072
  8. 20"
  9. I've got the 8 Paddle Extreme haulers and love them. They hook up great in the hole shots and on the hill climbs. The only thing that I notice is that I can't slide the ass end around as easily as with say sand Skate's, but that's easy to make up with a blip of the throttle.
  10. I couldn't agree with you more. I have a buddy that has his pilots liscense, and that's basically how he explained it to me. Basically av Gas burns hotter to keep the temp up, and race gas burns cooler to keep the temp down. And for you guys that are paying $7.00 as gallon for race gas, boy are they screwing you(not trying to rub it in!). I can buy 110 Unocal race gas for $4.25 a gallon and if I wanted to buy a drum, I could get it for $3.90 a gallon. I just haven't had enough time to ride a whole lot, and that's the only reason I haven't pickep-up a drum. To me it's worth $.35 a gallon to have fresh gas.
  11. to test for the last set of resistances, you would want to be set a 200 ohms. You don't need to be kicking over the bike. Ohms is just a measure of the amount of resistance in the line between point a and b. if you were looking for voltage/amperage, then you would have to have the bike running.
  12. here's a previous link where I posted a few photos of what had to be ground down http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...5&hl=450+shocks
  13. I used a socket that was close to the size of the bushing and just beat it out against my vice. It was a pain in the a$$....As for the little circlips, they are a pain in the ass. I had a set of dental tools that I picked up at the swap meet and they worked pretty good for getting under the end of it and prying it out...
  14. are you going to use a single axle or tandem axle??
  15. another view w/front tool box
  16. Photo of my trailer. Also the side boards are removable
  17. I'm afraid to post how much I spent on my shee, cause then there's a chance my wife might see this post, and know that I spent more on my shee than I have on her
  18. I've got a 16' flat bed trailer that can easily hold 4 quads. It came with ramps that can be used to load a car, but I went and added a light weight rear ramp that is made of expanded metal for loading quads then added a shit load of tie downs that are recessed in the deck to secure the quads. I also found an angled tool box that matches the front end for storing tools, gear and whatever else I don't want to disappear. I also looked at enclosed trailers but the flat bed was a better decision because I can use to haul hay, stuff to the dump, and a car if necessary.....
  19. They don't have a website that I know of. but here is their contact info TOTAL CONTROL SUSPENSION 561 CHANEY ST # E LAKE ELSINORE, CA (909) 245-7484
  20. I just got my rear shock back from TCS. All I have to say is WOW. My shee went from bottoming out on the little bumps and whoops to riding like a cadillac. I also have a +4 swingarm and weight about 250. The total cost including shipping to them was $365.00

  24. I don't know how come, but I keep breaking exhaust springs on my shee. I have used fmf springs, and a couple of other after market pipe springs, even a couple that had a fancy swivel at one end. I can't figure out what is going on. My brother has his original springs on his, and I have gone through like 5 springs, and in different locations, top left spring then the next time bottom right, i can't figure what is going on. hope some one can help.......
