  1. hey everyone i bought sone hoosier fklat track tires on douglas blue lables from my buddy today he said to bore out the holes a few mil's and they will work fine he said a few of the other racers around here have done it and there is no problem anybody else do this ?? and what do i have to do ?? thanks Matt

  3. jsut wondering if any of you guys have purchased those complete engine bolt kits off ebay... I am missing a few bolts for my engine side covers and i dont really want to order them individually from the hardware store or anything it would be nice to have them all as allen bolts but i just want yer guys opinion thanks Matt
  4. well guys , i was at the dealer today pickin up some pre-mix i asked him what he thought about winter jetting and he said that on his and all of his buddies have around 270 mains and the clip in the middle of the needle. now i asked my buddy what hes runnin and he said he had 390's and it was runnin great im runnin 320's for the summer temps of about 70 - 90 degress so im assuming i should be runnin about 370's to 390's like my buddy is my dealer full of shit ?!?!?!?!?! Matt
  5. ive got a clymers and ive done everything it says and those 2 damn chain tighteners on the rear end never stay tight. Once i get one tight then i will tighten the other and the first one comes loose. IM SO DAMN FRUSTRATED !!!! any of you guys run aftermarket swingarms with different style tighteners ?????/ HELP ME PLEASE !!! Matt

  7. the one coming from the head to the top of the radiator or the one coming from the bottom of the rad to the water impeller ...... i assumed that the line coming from the head is going into the rad to cool down so it would give you a better idea of what temp your engine is running.... please anybody, correct me if i am wrong thanks guys Matt
  8. hey guys, correct me if im wrong but if it was ported for a stock crank they why cant u just add a spacer plate to the ported cylinders , then it will match up to the stroked crank wouldnt that work, unless u didnt want to run a spacer, but thats up to the rider Matt
  9. JESUS H. CHRIST these things never stay tight !!!! they move vertically and when one is tight the other one gets loose..... HOW DO U GUYS DEAL WITH THIS !!!!!!!!

  13. i got T-6's and my jets they gave me were way lean too, im runnin 320's and its dialed in pretty well dead on, im at about 700 ft at about 20 -30 degree temps stock pilot jet and what not and air screws i left alone, i would definatley go up to about a 320 , check yer plugs and go from there HOPE THIS HELPS !!   14. but if i hook up one set, on both wires, will the high and low settings work ??
  15. would it work if i threw a set of clear lense lights on the low beam circuit and a set of halogen fog lights on the high beam circuit and still run a stock stator ??? what im trying to say i guess is will aftermarket lights, (just your 70$ fog lights at canadian tire ) will work with the high /low beam switch ??? i know that is confusing sorry for the poor statement thanks in advance

  17. i will be rippin the shee apart soon for some winter maintenance and while i have the cyls off id like to flush out the bottom end . Anybody have any tips on what to use ?? Matt
  18. yesterday i was rippin around at Gopher Dunes here in southern Ontario and my front sprocket came off of my shaft. what happened was the nut that holds the sprocket on stripped itself and came off. I have the nut still but the threads on the shaft and the nut are ruined My question is can i tap the shaft to a smaller thread diameter and get a smaller nut or do i have to replace the whole damn shaft??? thanks guys Matt
  19. well it depends what other mods you have done, they gave me a 260 and a 280 in the perfect jet kit and i ended up at a 320 im at about 750 ft and have an airbox with the lid on I wouldnt rely on the jet kit but only use it as a guide cheers Matt
  20. well i just got a second to write you guys..... this morning i was rippin some nice catwalks and i think i got a little comfortable and put her on the grab bar anyways before i had time to tap the rear brakes she spun around and started cartwheelin... needless to say i have one sore back full of cuts, as for the shee... left tire ...FLAT, clutch pertch... GONE, steering stem.. BENT and one headlight GONE This sucks, i just had her jetted perfectlyt and painted my hubs... now i need to spend more money to fix it
