teh dg swingarm skidplate how much includign shippign to 61523?

i was wondering about the heads how much for the stock head and how much has been milled from the other head

i imagien they are gone already but you still go the paddles for the blaster?????

i jsut cant stand it when some people come on here and act as if the banshee is the best thing in the world at anything and everything heyits a great machine but it isnt better than every other machne in the world at anything and everything it does the DS650 is an awesome machine from the looks of it i havent had the chance to ride one but i know that everything bombardier or rotax does is good to say the least thers a reason why so many flat track guys run a 650 rotax on there bikes and if you put on some ron woods stuff i am sure that its evan more potent and as for bashin on soembodies wife that is about as fuckin low as it gets its really cool to see that his wife gets involved in typically all guy sport

hey i had always wondered just how these work....is there asencor that you have to moutn to your wheel to tell it speed or???? how tough is it to mount? oh and what all does it tell ...speed and distance? or doesti have more functions?

boonman can prob tell me............. what cc is the dome after 20 thou taken off and what cc after 30 thou taken off the stock head???????

i had been thinking of tapping a hole int eh water pump cover for a 1/8 inch or maybe evan a 1/16th pipe plug for a coolant drain jsut use a nice pipe plug witht he recessed allen head??? anybody ever do this before no i dont wanna buy a billet cover thing

hey whe you guys give it a few primne kicks before you try to start it i know ti soudns stupid but where is the throttle when you kick it over slowly do you open the throttle whiel you kick ti over to prime it???? i knwo tis a dumb? but hey i'm new as can be to this

i guess soem guys take a cheapy feeler guage and cut up a few blades into 3 pieces you can tack a 30 thou feeler guage to the piston top in a few places with a dab of grease then slowly turn the motor over with the head on and the USED head gasket in place yeah he suggested about 30 thou as a min number for clearance

well i can at least tell you how the timing advance on the cdi box works it has to do with the wave signal that is produced by the exciter at the flywheel the excitor produces an AC voltage signal as the rpm increases the voltage of this signal will increase but the frequency will be the same..........if you draw it out as a graph with the bottom being crankshaft rotaion angle and the vertical colum beign voltage of the signal............. its hardto explain without a picture and if i knew how to post one i woudl draw it up for you and you would see what i mean .........maybe i coudl draw it up tonight and email it to you?????? anyway the igntion box is set up to fire the coil when the signal is at a certain voltage so as the rpm increases teh time at wich the signal reaches that certain voltage will be sooner when the ignition box reaches a certain set voltage for the trigger signal it will stop advancing ........... i guess you just have to draw it up on paper to see what i mean its just like a sign of cosign wave that we used in math class in high school...........

well i know that when i got my machine it has the trinity 2 into 1 intake and trinity pipes on it it was abou 70-80 degrees at the tiem and it was jetted with a 48 pilot and a 155 main and the needle was the second ring up fromt he bottom not sure jsut wich needle it was that is in there

so coudl i get the welded crank for say about 100 bucks any idea where teh work was done at or to what tolerance it was trued to?

yeah ithink its best to jsut get a wrecked or worn out machine to steal whateve stock parts you will need off of it

yeah those weatherpack connectors are th shit man they are so friggin nice but i woudl suggest getting them from an all electric supply house like del city or waytek wire other good alternatives are deutz connectors not sure ont eh spelling on that one the company that makes weatherpack also makes metricpack wich is very similar oh and all chevy trucks and cars use weatherpack connection s on them as well

yeah when i was a kid what did i get to ride the 90cc ATC that a buddy fo my dads gave us when i was about 5 damn i really miss that little toy

there is a special 2 part epoxy paint thats meant to be really tough and hold up liek a powdercoat does but i say jsut clean em up realy good and use a quality paint intended for painting engines or liek somebody siad that special rustoleum hammerfinish stuff whish is intended to sprray over pitted stuff with some effort you woudl be suprised jsut hwo nice a spray can can work unless you can score a good deal on powdercoated stuff

small item wanted a pair fo those little figure 8 shaped clips that hold the vent hoses they go under the bowl screws like a washer and stick out tot eh side to hold the vent hoses i knwo that msut be the goofiest thing to be asking for
