  1. i have the paddle masters for my banshee(the big heavy thick ones) and i run mine in the winter alot. i dont question mine because they are so thick, adn i dont have to worry bout runing them on little things on the trail in the winter. they are the only things that keep me moving in the deep stuff with the snowmobiles some days. pretty much, naytime we get over 6 or 8 inches here, i switch to my paddles for the rest of the winter. i have even run my paddles down the street for the past 4 or 5 years to get to trails and have never worn them down...you certainly should try it if you ride in deep snow.
  2. i have had turf tamers on my banshee for years and have ben up there many times. i always have a good time with them, and actually have chose to be layz and not even run my paddles. you will do fine up there. paddles are nice though, cuz they obviously hook better, and you can't plan on racing without them. but just cruzing around is fine. if you want, i got a place up there and i have a spare set of skat track 20x10x8 straight paddles. looking to get rid of them. pm if your intrested. prolly for cheap, since the one tire has a slow leak.

  4. IF ANY OF YOU GUYS WILL BE UP THERE. IM HOPING TO GET MY SHEE BACK TOGEHTER THIS WEEK AND MAKE IT UP FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR. I SHOULD BE BRINGING AT LEAST 5 IF NOT MORE LIKE 10 OTHER QUADS. SHOULD BE A GOOD TIME. WRITE IF YA CAN MAKE IT....
  5. so what exactly was the problem? mine has no spark either. but i found a wire that had rubbed thru on the frame right when it died of no spark. i know i dint put that wire in the right place just minutes before. but now i dont know what the wire has messed up. i have swapped coil, cdi and gone through all of the wires one-by-one. the stator ohms right to factory specs. you guys have any other ideas to try? my key is already gone as well as the tors.

  7. first is my shee. it has fmf fatties, k/n not in box. boysen reeds. i just got my cylinders ported and head milled .030" what do you think would be a good starting spot for jetting. im very close to sea level, and currently dont remeber exactly what is in it now, but it ran strong. second question, girlfriends z400 has a ct pipe and header, k/n, and no airbox lid. it lately is smoking alot, wont idle on its own once warmed up, and loses power in the very top of power band. do you guys have sugestions as to what these jets should be at? it was a repo quad that had all of this work done to it. it may be wrong, but i cant find online where a good starting place would be. thanks in advance

  15. yeh, it tunrs over just like it always has, feels good and smooth, with the normal amount of resistance. but thats worth a look. how might i inspect that?
  16. so my shee hasn't kick tarted in the past year. doesnt matter hot or cold, just runing or not started in 2 months. pulls starts great. actualy i can push start it myself it starts so easily by droppin the clutch. its got new plugs, wires, compression, gas. everything i can think of. new carbs and carb boots, new crossover pipe. it runs great once strated, idles, good hihg and low, everthing elsse. i just dont have any other good ideas. any help?

  19. yeh, guys i was runnin fattys with 320 i believe. well, last weekend the mufflers broke, i dont have the moeny for new ones, so im just gunna run stock for the winter, till next spring i save up some cash. i dont ride that much in the winter anyways. so since ur supposed to change jetting for winter, u think i might be ok with the bigger jets on stock pipes for the winter? i havent had a chance to start it yet since i switched pipes, but im leaving bout midnight this sat for the dunes one last time and i really dont ahve time to work on it at all.....
  20. i gotta plan my few 4 day weeeknds to use my vaction time from work really soon. id like to see if we could at least set up one weekend , so i cna get the time off to be there.june july or august minus the 4th of july and june 14th im already busy...what is ur guys inputs?
