they come w/ kick starters? my pos never kicks. i usally pull start it. but sometimes on a really cold day, first kick. im lost. it usally sarts on one kick when its warm, otherwise im pushin it. i cant figure it out. i rebuilt it, that helped alil. bought new carbs, that helped alil. is there supposed to be a jet in each bowel? i got mine from a fucstick who runied everything(i was missin jets, rings between piston and wall, bent frame,......)had no idea how to "fix" a quad. the scary part...he owns a quad repair shop i wanna fucin beat hus head on the ground. yeh, i need anger management peace out

mine does the same. my solution....keep the r's up. i cant find it. replaced the seal, new plugs, reheted. cleaned carbs time and time again. idk. it bugs me, but then i just say f it. ride, look forward and forget. when it breaks, then ill know y. peace out, and wrong forum for this ?, for future refrence

bansheejerry, that was a good explaination. i would say bout the same. but also 2 strokes are faster, cuz they usally run in higer rpm's, whcih is usally faster accel, but not always. 4 chokes do have lots more torque though. hence y 4 chokes usally need twice the cc's to keep up . if u wanna know really indepth, i got a engine's book from my college class last semester and i can parahfrase that chapeter for ya . hope it helps. peace out

i got verizon, motorola sumthin. i love it, we get way out in bfe riding or wheelin and i can still call anybody. my friends all have nextels and other ones. they shut them off when we leave, min is in my pockeet the whole time we ride, while we sumtimes r hours from any town. i am on my 2nd phone this yr, but i guess my oldone got a virus and had a bad batt, so idk. but i know ill never trade my verizon in specially for an f'n nextel! peace out

.125 works good for me, but i ran them on the trails, hit a few trees, there almost dead now. but for dunes, they r more than enough. as to ur sign on, i had that problem, but then it went away. idk. but u could pm lee, he should know. peace out

97 shee. dont even try to start. new plugs, gettin good spark, gettin fuel, ad assumin air. motor is fairly new so i figure compression is good. it is jetted for summer-maby problem? its like 30 out here. anyways, it starts good when pulled, starts on like third try. runs fairly well once running, never has idled, and the main jet is alittle off, to lean i think. it doesnt smoke much. alittle when its cold. it seems to run like usally did. it startf on 2nd kick 2 weeks ago. now i kick the shit outta it, nothin....Any ideas, am i missin something easy? got a new teather, tested that, seems good, no key anymomre, switch is on, choke out, gas on...im lost, and wanna ride today. i got like 2 hrs of free time, please help. thanks and peace out. watchin huevos wantin to ride.....

I love my -2, never go bac. it pops up like my blaster did, and it handles good. i like it alot better. havent rode in like 3 months, so im not gettin much air yet, but im sure it'll work good for that. as to draggin, i did on my grass at home-i had to be close to the gas tank, but i like it there cuz i hold onto the tank w/ myknees anyways. its great, i can slide thru my mud corner, and while still slidin, but comein out of it, i can pull the front end up to get a better acel out of the corner. i love mine, but have only spent like an hr on it since i did it. cant wait to try the dunes this yr. it for sure gets my vote as a dam good mod. peace out

I used a heat gun on mine, then any finsihing stuff, i used nail polish remover. it worked good enough for me, but mine were faded cuz they old, but it worked. peace out

ive ran turf tamers alot, i get around ok. but for fun, and cuz i ridee there alot, i got th gbc sharks or something-they have 8 huge paddles-made for runnin in mud and stuuf. they hook up great for me, and i run the dune slider up front. the fronts help in ruts, but it makes the front end twitchy if ur up on the tank at all. i also ran haulers for awhile. they were good too. my bros and dad run haulers. my older bro just bought some new shit for his R. so, i'll let u know how they do up there. oh, by the way. we all run staight paddles. have tried the v paddles, btu the just dont hook up, and slide to much for the way we like to ride. just my p.o.v. peace and happy buyin pm me, if u wanna meet up some time, im tryin to get all the names of the guys on here that ride there silver, so i can meet up w/ all of yall.

i own one already, but i talked my friend into one. his sis's best friend has one for sale. he got it when his friend passed on from cancer-he wants to seell it. 3000. all he said is its really fast and it has toomys and a skid plate. think its blue and white-97. they never made those colors in 97 did they? anyways, i thought it seemed pretty fair-what yall think. i wish i knew more, but he lives like 4 hrs away, and were thinkin bpout goin sunday to look at it..any ideas or help b4 i go would be great-thanks peace out

From what ive read, the only way oit can be off, is like u said, stuff loose, or if ur electrical is outta spec, such as a weak coil or something. on blasters there is no way to adjust timing, thats what ive heard. not to be smart, but did u check the obvious, good fuel filter, floats, all that stuff? just my thoughts. peac e out and good luc

i put product stickers on mine, painteed the pegs and hubs-little stuff. wire looked the wires and brake lines. run colored zip ties on everything, and the axle. my dad just polished my rims for me. got my arms all painted. seet covers and graphis do alot. man, i gotta get some pics of my just finshed shee up here! peace out.
