I myself have been to Little Sahara in OK but not Kermit. Little Sahara is about 900 acres. How big is Kermit? Oklahoma does have some descent dunes, nothing of what I can only image at Glamis I hear. How does Kermit compare? It's about 8hrs to little S if I drag my heals, my brother thinks Kermit would be 12 plus hrs from Dallas. The time difference is no biggie. Are there fees @ Kermit? later...

hours? you got to be kidding, Right? I once got a close estimate of mileage, right after the T-5's were added. It was way out in east Texas near my Bro-in-Laws land, wide open dirt roads. We went from his farm stopping @ a few and I mean a few play spots, but more the less straight to his house. He said it's about 11 miles along these dirt roads one direction. About a 1/4 mile before we got back to the farm I switched to reserve. So I used my formula. (L/?) I looked in the tank. So if my caluclations are right (which I doubt) I say 30 miles to a tank of petro.

no electric? Well does anyone know anything about gas generators? Mine runs it just don't get power at the plug.. where can I get info? How much more wattage to the light? I hate my stock stator.. A lightened flywheels sounds interesting.. I was looking at ricky stator and flywheel combo for almost 3 Cnotes, but if the boonman got a better deal, I am all ears!

I was playing around with a 450 back around last summer.. We were on a 300' sand drag, We were both stock at the time, If it wasn't for me having paddles he would have gotten me everytime, but with the paddles it was the fairly even . 300' wasn't enough room anything longer I feel I would wasted the 450. Now with the T-5's and jetting I haven't had the pleasure of RaceDraggin one. I have seen 450 ride them slow ass wheeles (ya'll know the ones) up Little Sahara's Buttercup. I cant do that. I can ride up it really fast however! just my experiences.LOL!

I am planning on heading out prob. Friday night. I gotta wait on a few of the guys to get off work... If everyone goes that I have talk to I'll have about 8 adults and a few handfuls of kiddo's.. By any chance is there elec. hookups? My generator took a crap, A/C sure would be nice.. Look for a yellow school bus.. We will have 2 or 3 ATC's, My BaNSHEE, A WARRIOR, BLASTER, a polaris or two and 3 or 4 kid rides. We are all pretty much stock.

hey roost, I went to the link, it sent me to another forum, the rules dont seem to be setup yet.. anyhow did you go last year? what's the track? (razors or paddles?) I have a 3 year old that rides trimoto 60... will they allow 3-wheelers? and what is the youngest they will allow on the kids? Most places it's around 5 years old, this boy has alot more xperience than most adults I see.. Thanksgiving last year the little shit was lining up with the alkie banshee's at LIL sahara..As we entered through the South gate he saw the drag race area with 10 or so big boys lined up, he made a "b" line to the start.. He ain't scared. any info as far as camping and to other usual stuff would help!!

yeah it's an annual bike rally, this year is the first for the races, I need to know what type of rules they got..Can I show up with just my helmet or what? I am wanting to drag, but thought about the MX race for the hell of it... I don't think my shee is setup for any type of racing event, I have just the stock nerf bars, helmet and boots . What type of safety equipment do most places require?
