comp was about 125.. And the head was stock... This motor has never had a bolt broken loose on it, except when I added the water pump.. I have decided to freshen up the top end.. It can only get better.

ok I finally took the stock head off, the head is fairly clean with only a few smudges. Cylinders are clean and groove free, no ridge at the top either. The pistons have some carbon build up on top, looks like it will easily wipe off. However I can wiggle both of them front to back and side to side. The question is how much is ok? This motor has never been torn into and it's the original '98. I had great compression before removing the head. The new domes are only 21cc. If money is advailable should I do the top end or wait?

depends on the way you look at it, but I personally think it's one of the cheapest highs..... I just love that dizzy affect.. When it wears off just spin another one... Then again howmany people you know have a over 3grand dope fix?

I think what these guys are trying to tell you is that it aint a production picture.. I personally think they should leave her appearance unchanged. If they wanna add some real mods. ( Hp producing and suspension mods) that would be OK! Yamaha isn't gonna go to much different on the final year, maybe a tricked color, or maybe a kick ass key chain.

I have been using 3 days now, I have noticed that when I run the spybot, spysubtract and all the other "spy" removers that they aren't finding anything. This is just after 3 days but one hell of a differance from the Explorer After 3 hours I would be detecting all sorts of bad thingies..

About 75 yards past ya'll on tha left.... My brothers blue van... If it's the same Banshee and Raptor ( white guy and a black guy) that was parked right before going down the hill, I went over thinking he was HQ. They couldn't get the 'shee runnin right, I was talkin to him the carbs were all out of whack... The cliips were on 2 different locations, he was adjusting the cable adjustment not even knowing about the sight glass for sync'n. Don't think he's ever read the Jetting Fact. Hell it wasn't even his 'shee. Definetly not a HQ'er.. That Raptor has broken handlebar and is a little Toed out now..... They were racin and the poor guy went over the bars, on flat ground..
