Jim if you raise the cyclinders with the base plate how do you deal with the pipe and frame clearnaces? I think the T5's would hit the frame hard,and IF one decks it with custom domes what is done to get the porting right?

Jethro Just roughing up the intakes, Narrowing the center bridge alittle, knife edge the transfers dividers and Polishing the exhaust port without cutting the windows one bit will make a big difference in the shee powerband personality.

I have removed my star and plan on taking it to work so my machinists friend can mod it for me. What size cutter radius on neutral for the back cut? Will .500" work? Depth about 75% of it's thickness? And what radius do you use to cut the star point down and how much off the point? Is there any more info I could use? Thx for any input.

Really? Man the one I'm doning is like 1.170 right now and I only took off about .030 or so. I think stock is 30.5mm X .0395 =1.20475 i think 1 3/8 in like 1.375 Hmm I wonder.???

Thx Booman . Here is my Second choice Have you Seen the Tusk Sets? Ball joint stlye. There are a Rocky Mountian ATV I not sure but I think there about 90 bucks for a Set . I look for the link later to night. The reason i am looking is I have one worn out tie rod end .but the others are right behind them I am sure.

Is swaping out the tie rods with hem joints a Good idea ? what is the size that fit the stock tie rods ?

Sound alot like my Dune shee. I think we need one of jims 4mm Long rods I did my sons shee with 28mm mikuni flats and hes bike faster than mine now. But he is running CPI's and I just finshed a mild port with good polish on the exhaust. I still feel than 32mm's mikunis should help lower rpms and not hurt are top end pull. -

Yes I riased about 15 psi over the old head. So i should be good to go after the rings take a seat. Man I can Say this Head looks KILLER with the chrome acorn nuts on top.

I am currently at 64.5 But i am resreaching a 370 5mm long rod 4mm stroker. Does the blaster piston work with the 4mm longer stroke crank too. Draggon what methnol cost pre gallon?

I bought a Set of Brand new28mm tm's mikuni carbs for 189.00 and where delivered in 2 week ( i felt this was little Slow) I call and they answered the Phone too. So there is some Good. I think Manny it not a good business man though and I be careful if i deal with him agian.

I own a 1996 rm 80. its my youngest sons bike. it's as fast as my banshee in 4th gear. about 50 mph Rm is Fast motha for 80cc not many bikes will beat one.CR80 KX80 KTM80 YZ80 are the only ones. There is no ATV that Can it in a 80 to 100cc. Oh it for Sale too. He wants a B A S H E E !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's My BOYS.
