The cirleclip spin freely inside the shock end, that is little reason of this problem. I NEED a better stronger small pointed tool. But no matter like i siad i clean them out and replaced the grease with new and installed them on the shee.

So how do you use a Long rod, Stock stroke crank assembly? With or without the 795 piston, if so do you need a plate or custom cut dome so to you don't change the port timming? I think this the Crank that Ducman Question started from. I wonder about this myself because i trying to plan a High rev shee to go with my Shearer pipe that can handle the extra RPM's that the pipe will let the motor make. It's like 11,000+ @peakHP.

CPi's are great fun at the Dunes. My son's runs them . I just bought a set of Shearer and will test them agiasnt them Cpi's soon.

Well I joined the Club, I won my Bid on a New set of Jim Shearer Drag pipes. SO i am Stoked . Damm I feel like a Kid agian. Muhehehehehe. Jim Passion Racing I am tossing around the True & welded Crank, Can they be balanced & blueprinted with the flywheel that will be used? and would that 12 port make horsepower at 10,000 rpm If that pipe will let that motor wind up that much? I just thinking out loud.

My Son's SHee ( test bed) we installed a set of 28mm Mukuni Flatslide that we got off Ebay New for 189. plus shipping and Man did it wake them CPI's up. Big Time Difference. But it was Not enough for Him. Hence the (test bed) Nick. He as Now installed 34mm flatslide Mukuni Both where the TM model. He have not ran'em yet But plan to next weekend to See much over carbed( my thinking) we are. His Plans are for Pure Hill Shooter only type machine. His shee is Ported & Pohished, Billet intake without Cross over, Reed's are TDR's with Ported stock cage without Vertical center brace, Noss Head 18cc, Cpi's inframes, adv'ed timing plate Lighten flywheel. I can say this It was dam Fast with only the 28 compared to the 26mm stock round slides.

I have a dune only machine in the works now and I hashed over the problem of picking a pipe. My son machine & his best friend both have Inframe Cpi's and they flat out fly. So I diceide on Shearer Custom So I can Beat them. But i am not sure I can. But after all I ported them both, I just have to see whos Got the best setup. this is where the part combonations come into Play a major role. Reas11 You tested them yet?
