I used red loctite on the alum. tranny trap door of a motorcycle once.I had to retap the holes when I had it apart a year later.I'd go blue.

Two stroke's are not too hard to rebuild.Buy a Clymer manual,and take your time and ask ?'s on here if you get stuck.Just lable all the parts so you rember what they are.Doing the rebuild your self will save you some cash,and teach you about your machine.

I like Motul also.I use Motul factory line 600 great stuff.

No,you have to get the tops and idle kit.

It would make your bike top out at about 60mph with 20" tires.

No,I'm just getting rid of the head gaskets because my new head uses o-rings.

How does this work for making turns?Still slide good?

After you get it clean,put a coat of liquid electrical tape on it (not on the pick up's).This will protect it,cover any bare spot's,and make the next cleaning easier.Fro is right,electric motor cleaner in a spray can works great.

I think first or second week in July would be great.How about a 4th of July weekend camp out?Most people are off from work then.
