Hello, Well we wont fuel it up for one passenger....lets clear out the prisons......
-
iHello, I have a better idea, why pay for prison imtates? We dont use antarctica do we ? Hell no..I say we fill up a few C5 transport planes and push them out the back door over the frozen contiinent...with a parachute a parka and few days food rations and screw it, if they survive they survive...if they dont...no harm done....they were going to get juiced any how. Best of all it is much cheaper Just my opinion.....you prolly dont want to hear my ideas for welfare reform ....lol Nick

Hey, i will add my 2 cents.... When ever I am out riding with my pals ( we all have banshees) we get the nod of respect.... People just seem to stop and pull over to let you go by... Kinda makes you feel like royalty after awhile..... Besides...its always a good feeling when you line up your old banshee and smoke the new 4 chokes.... Nick

SyNtAxx replied to 420 RACING's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Hello, What is the reason for the sale ? Not happy with the engine or what ? Nick -
hello, I use IPTABLES on a seperate linux box to secure my connection...works liek a charm I also run Debian Linux with the testing release of KDE (3.3.0) on my PC. Right now I am running "Sarge" with a 64bit kernel on my AMD64 with 1 gig of speedy RAM. I'll tell you what...linux really is a viable alternative...if your willing to make some adjustments in how you do some things. I thin k furhter down the line it will evolve into something everyday users can appreciate. (/me ducks and grabs my MCSE and runs) Nick

1998 Banshee (very fast must sell)
SyNtAxx replied to neozz1's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
Hello, Just curious...Does anybody ever sell a Slow banshee ? Nick -
Hello, Correct me if I'm wrong.....but a long rod crank is indeed different than a stroker crank ? Adding a long rod crank just releives tension on the piston...and the stroker increases overall piston travel ...Yes ?

Hello, Where are you located ? Altitude will play a prt in jetting as well as the cool air now coming with fall/winter (on the east coast anyhow). My bike has 340's in and you can see my mods in my signature. I saw your signature and I would say start around a 280 or 300, besides if its a little rich no big deal....you can always jet down.....however if lean...even for a short period of time...melt down will occur in short order Plug checks are essential to making sure your jetting is dialed in....i usually buy 8 at a time when i do plug checks... Hope this hepls.... Nick

? for helicore thread size for cylinder stud
SyNtAxx replied to 03 ORANGE SHEE's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Hello, I just heli-coiled my cylinder this past winter: M8x1.25 is the helicoil part number. Worked liek a charm... Just take your time...and make sure you dont get any metal in your crank case Nick -
Hello, I am very pleased with the bike. It is only a MX port at the moment... I didnt go to radical because I wanted to use the jugs later for his stroker setup . That being said the bike is very quick. My setup is primarily for woods and trails. However I have beaten amny banshees...Toomey Pipes shees, a "Bad Assed Alba Banshee" ( The losers opinion not mine) and countless others. Dont get me wrong it is by no means an all out drag bike, but I thinkit would be safe to say I produce about 65 or more horses Also...the bike responded just as Jim told me it would... a less twitchy powerband that keeps pulling and pulling... Give him a call... and tell him what you need or want...and he will taylor a solution for you Nick
-
Hello, I dont have his stroker yet......but he did port my jugs..... He is one of the easiest guys to talk to. He will build and port to your specific riding style. VERY knowlegable...give him a call and see what you think... Cant hurt to inquire.... Nick
-
Hello, I had my cyclinders ported by Passion racing for alot less then $600 beans..... Infact he ported, bored and supplied pistons for less than that..... I would give him a call before you go chopping away at your jugs..... Nick

GSXR 600, 1000, or harley davidson?
SyNtAxx replied to German Shepherd's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Hello, If it were me.....I would not want to start on expensive Harley. I hate harleys anyhow...lol Also keep in mind that harleys are usually heavy bikes. I would alos not start on a 1000cc crotch rocket either..it may be just my cautious nature. Have you ever ridden a crotch rocket...or any street bike for that matter ? Only you know your abilities. I tend to be over cautious some times... -
65 hp reliable, how can I do it?
SyNtAxx replied to German Shepherd's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Hello, i prolly have the HP numbers your looking for. Here is my set up: 95 Shee Bored .10 Milled head (.027) FmF Fatties w Power Core 2's Passion MX port K$N with outerware +4 Degree Advanced Timing Bling Bottle (For Effect ) I have no problem climbing the monster coal hills. Coal Hill In treverton not a problem Nick -
Hey, You forgot the other half of the equation......And that is to take your coefficiant of drag and multiply it times the inverse square of your balls...then divide by the derivative of the slope of the radiator.... Seriously.....just go and race him...... Later
-
Hey all, I had a similar problem once... It turns out I had a wire rubbing up against my frame and shorting itself out. Once I found the bare wire and taped her up it was good as new. Check all your wires... I belive mine was coming from the stator...but it was a while ago... Nick

hey all, Who carried the extra fuel ? Nick
-
Hey all, I didnt read the whole thread...but I just read in a few different ATV mags about a few clubs getting to ride on old coal territory and other private lands by agreeing to keep the place clean. That is, clean up after the scumbags who litter and dump on that property. In exchange for that the owners allowed access to those said club members only. Might be an idea for the "CoalFest " area and trevorton as a whole. I think with a little help from locals and and a small club fee to be used to fund the land and clean up it might be a worth while cause. Its at least a try. Nick

Hey all, I just smoked 4 people just like you this weekend. Did 7 runs to prove their bikes were not as "Ripped" as they thought they were. Guess what I went 7-0 this weekend. I dont know what my bike dynos at... all I know is... the people with big mouths usually lose.... My moto is: Its the silent dog that always bites...... ! I ride my bike and mod my machine in good fun...not to run my mouth like a 3 year old...grow up already... Just my opinion, Nick

Hello, I agree. i would tend to think hardware.... Bad memory is the first thing that comes to mind. Most bad memory I have seen throws similar errors...Lock ups...blue screens...memory dumps...incomplete boot sequences etc. Nick
