I ran the production Shearers for a while. They will just about rip your arms off if you aren't ready for the hit. I went back to a play setup instead of all top end though so I sold them off. Great pipe if you want top end though.

I did the same thing and it was because I dropped a little spacer thing that goes on the side. If I remember right the bolt goes through it and it fits between the shock mount and the dogbone.

Walmart=Satan!! I work for Walmart supplier and I can say that they are the worst customer that you could have but have to have them. You either sell to them and make a very very very small profit or you don't sell to them and lose ground to the competition. They are going to drive other US businesses into the ground. I do shop there though. Can't beat the prices and on my salary every penny counts.

I keep hearing that they are the best pipe in the world. Why would you want a dyno to back up a claim like that.

I haven't tried either of the products you mentioned but I have used some generic extenders before. The are great for helping the old thumb from getting tired. The only thing I didn't like about them was they are a little harder to deal with in tight turning situations.

The Shee I'm riding now came from NY and I got it and shipped it for about $1000 less than I would have paid out here. I also sold a Shee and got what I wanted for it. The guy drove clear up from San Diego and said it would have sold for at least $1000 more down there. It really depends a lot on the area what they are worth.

I bought some pipes from him and got them ok. I payed right away but never heard a word from him. I emailed for a tracking number and got no response. They showed up pretty fast but I guess they don't do the customer service thing.

I'm running some 33" ProComp AT tires on my Explorer. They have a 50k mile warranty. I have about 25k on them now and they still look new. I haven't done much offroading with them but the do great in the sand pulling the trailer full of ATV's.

You should have to give up your Shee just for thinking that pile of shit is a Banshee.

I saw the ones you are talking about and no they are not factory made. I do have one that is a +6 though and haven't had any problems. I've put it though some beatings and it is holding up fine.

I have tried a bunch of different pipes and always end up keeping my Fatty's. They are a great all around pipe. I ride dunes and trails. I've found that even though a top end pipe hits hard and sounds cool they are useless unless you always have your bike screaming. With Fatty's you can lug it around or go do some drag racing and still do ok. You can pick up a used set for almost nothing on eBay and shine them up for nothing.

Dirtbikez is on the right track. I just did the grinding and fitting then mounted the bottom and muscled the top into place. They are a huge improvement over stock.
