  1. Are you talking about shutting the fuel off at the petcock? It will rev high when it is running out of fuel so it sounds like you are just running lean due to lack of fuel in the bowls.
  2. This asshole is also selling a set. Oh wait, that's me. My Shearers for sale
  3. It sounds like you still have the TORS system on so I can't help you much. If you didn't change your pilots though you are probalby not getting enough fuel compared to all the extra air you are pulling now.
  4. Spark, fuel, air. Which one are you missing? It sounds like you may need more fuel. What pilots are you running? Will it idle with the choke on/off? Is the choke tube still attached?
  5. That dyno shows exactly what White Knuckle Racing told me. Almost identical but harder to get ahold of.
  6. Well, I'm not taking sides YET but somebody is going to owe somebody else an appology pretty soon. I think you have to sign money orders to cash them right? You should be able to get a scan or maybe even the actual money order back if it has been cashed. I've been ripped off by people who never send the item and I've also had people say they sent money but it never shows up. Paypal is the way to go these days. I'd rather pay a small fee and have it all documented and fast.
  7. Take them off and measure. I just put clear lines on my radiator. They looked like 7/8. I used 3/4 and they were tight but worked. Probably better off getting the 1" and making sure the clamps are tight.
  8. Here is a dyno sheet somebody posted. Click Here I have some almost new Shearers that I'm selling. They are too high strung for me so I'm sticking with my Fatty's. Make me an offer if you are interested.
  9. What's up with everybody trying to lowball sellers in here. They are going on eBay for around $50 and it will cost around $20 to ship them so why offer a guy $20?
  10. Fucking liberals just don't know when to give up.
  11. Well, I set them to full soft I guess. Slow rebound and soft compression. They were so much better than stock. I still have to figure out how to reduce the rebound on the rear stock shock though. When I hit the whoops the back end tries to come over the top of me. The front end was like a new bike though. The top one is compression and the bottom onr is rebound. Go on a ride and play with it as you ride. You are gonna be the ultimate one to decide how your setup works for you, so play around with it as you ride and see how you like it. 278659[/snapback]
  12. I have some on eBay right now. Click Here

ATC gas tank Wheel spacers ATC 90 electrical stuff ATC 90 carb ATC 90 engine Banshee fenders Shearer drag pipes Banshee shocks Banshee headlights Banshee headlight covers
  14. Nobody wants any of this stuff? I figured I'd make some deals on here and save some ebay fees.
  15. I have some Shearer in frame drag pipes that have two rides on them. They look like new. $450 shipped.
  16. Selling off some stuff so I don't have to move it next month. Make me an offer if you are interested in any of it. http://motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQgotopag...osortpropertyZ1
  17. I love my Fatty's but if you ride all sand you should probably stick with the T5's.
  18. Prop them up over night and they will last a week or so.
  19. I've used it on my hubs too and it seems to hold up well.
  20. I've done some mountains but not much of the technical stuff you are doing.
  21. Save yourself a lot of money and just buy the jets alone intead of the kit.
  22. Cut them off!! When I used to have fenders though I would put a 2x4 between them and the ground to get them back up where they were supposed to be.
  23. Yep, I use my left over premix in the truck all the time. Just add a few gallons per tank and you will be fine. I've never even noticed any smoking.
