  1. D&D is out of lowville NY, they mainly specialize in racing snowmobiles. They use to do work for Tucker Hibbert back in the ZR days. They do real awesome work and I highly recomend them for sled work, from what ive heard about the banshees they have worked on i guess they really ripp too. And if you are having problems with your chainsaw not being powerful enough D&D website
  2. If you have ported cylinders you could benefit from larger carburetors. I would just have the stock ones bored out since it would be cheaper. Also get a good set of pipes to let the engine breath if you dont all ready have good pipes. Since they are bored over quite a bit you will probably have to have to have them resleeved next time you need the engine rebuilt. So in that case just get a big bore kit while your at it.
  3. I hate the fact that gas started getting higher in price like right after i got my licence. Then when i got my jeep which only gets like 15-20 mpg it goes up even more.
  4. Kuwaiti oil minister Sheik Ahmed Fahd Al Ahmed Al Sabah HOLY SHIT THAT GUYS NAME IS LONG!!!
  5. What are you all paying for gas nowadays? It' up to 2.15 here!!!!! I spent 45 bucks to fill my damn jeep yesterday, this is getting ridiculous. I hear people saying that gas is suppose to get up to 3 bucks a gallon this summer. Have any of you heard anything lately about this?
  6. Congrats those things are awesome!!!
  7. I have a dynoport 2:1 pipe along with the trinity 2:1 intake w/ 35 mm carb. It is also ported and let me tell ya the thing hauls ass even on top end. You may not have so much top end but with that added low end power you can just gear it up higher.
  8. That would be awesome to have that, imagine how a 4 cylinder 2 stroke sounds!!!! I bet that would smoke a lot of 600s nowadays.
  9. I've beaten a few YFZs on the track, and have really beaten some 450rs and z400s. Banshees are great holeshot quads if you know how to use em and have them set up right.
  10. I'm currently going to college to be a mechanical tech and there is a lot of cool stuff involved. There is a shit load of things to know about machining but its not too hard to catch on. The biggest pain in the ass in the program is manual drafting, i wish we could just take a cadd course and be done with it seeing how manual drafting is pretty much obsolete nowadays. That is pretty much the only thing i dont like about the program im taking.
  11. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...B%3ALC%3AMT%3A1 Here are some nice 28mm pwk keihins for a banshee along with reed spacers.
  12. I was just out on the banshee and after a few minutes of riding couldnt even feel my fingers they were so cold!!! I have like 3 different pairs of snowmobile gloves and none of them work for shit. You'd think a glove made for snowmobiling would be a little warmer but i guess not. I was just wonder what kinda gloves you guys wear?? Any recomendations on what to get would be nice because i like being able to feel my fingers when i go riding!!! Thanks
  13. This winter sux for snowmobiling youd be better off keepin the jeep, unless you go up to canada.
  14. Look at it this way, with out her or your job you'll have a lott of extra time to get some awesome riding in. Untill you get an other Job and girl.
  15. Sounds like a good time. I wish i could ride my poor banshee.
  16. screw building jumps, i find its more adventurous to just ride around and jump off of anything you see, prefferably cliffs and stuff like that, and hills with lots of trees and rocks.
  17. I use to live in the Pocono's there use to be good riding in that area, not sure anymore though
  18. Some of them should be stickies!!!! Like the "do you like banshee?" or the "--------------super----------------shee" Very sadly though if you notice more people post in stupid threads like this The super shee has the second most posts next to the "is eminem dead?" post, on the first page.
  19. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...ssPageName=WDVW Wish i had the money, she's a beaut.
  20. I have some Champion Beadlock rims on ebay, they are 10 inch w/ red rings. all alumminum, 4x5 offset, 9 inch wide. They have some old hoosiers on them but i am not sure they will hold air, but they do have pretty good tread on them. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=4529288998
  21. Im so sick of american government nowadays im ready to move to fuckin canada. Its the same deal in NY we pay 45 for registration and have no trails!!! Up in Canada they groom snowmobile trails and actually allow atvs to ride on them.
  22. I think the ASR a-arms are a good deal. They have 3 different sets, you can get the steel/ +2+1/ camber adjustable arms, the +2+1 steel/camber/caster adjustable arms, and +2+1 camber/caster adjustable/chromoly arms. The cheapest set is like 380 bucks. And i beleive they have a lifetiem warranty on the arms also.
  23. My buddy did that to his YFZ the last race. We stuck a 2x4 down into the frame so that it was standing infront of the steering stem mounting. The hooked some ratchet straps and pulled it back into shape.
  24. If you can weld just cut the pipes and bang the dents out with a ballpeen hammer or a rubber mallot. Then just reweld em.
