Ya, there are lots of dynos in south ca..the best one is probably Wicked ATV in Garden Grove..they have an air/fuel sensor that they can hook up to the exhaust to get you jetted perfect.

I have some works triple rate shocks (no rezzies) for stock a arms and 150-175 lb rider. I had them serviced/rebuilt by precision concepts ($145) last season...280 plus shippin. also have stock yellow shocks barely used 75 bucks

I agree with Jim 100% I tried the stock crap carbs on my passion ported 350 and couldnt get it to run very well (no where near its full potential) 2 other friends are having problems with them as well. I have just put some 34mm pj/s on there and the diff was amazing! I gained everywere...its not even dialed in yet and i had more kick from off idle to full throttle..nutt up tobigger carbs!!!!yes it is wort the money every modded shee should have bigger carbs. Even duncan racing uses them on all their track and moto shit its just better. 34mm on a 12 port pulls so hard its f'n unbelieveable.

Is that low price worth taking a high speed spill? spend a little more and get one thats built like a tank.

I too am enjoy Jims work on my cylinders thus far. I always had all my questions answered quickly as well. I thought it was fast before and now its got some 34mm flat slides to force feed those 12 port cylinders. Its really going to be cooking next season. may need a 9 or 10 paddle extreme hauler or gear up even more.

I would say the Yamaha would have the edge..they run really good. Seems like they can keep with with most modded 4 strokes. I have never seen a fast ex or any sort 465 ex ect...

I've got them on my banshee....I tried to ride a banshee with stock front suspension and it felt very bouncy and unstable.... then tried my shee and totally diff story there.... plus they are pretty cheap at around 300-330 for the set....if you know where to look. good luck.

I have also used the DID x-ring chain with good results.

Front 2 shocks (yellow) off a 96 banshee...shocks were upgraded to works so the stock ones are in good condition. $100 shipped.

I am using every inch of my +4 over lonestar swing arm with just his 12 porting... if you just going to be putting around and not too serious about racing you wont need a very long swing arm at all. Suspension upgrades will however help you go faster without eating shit.

What kind of porting did you ask him to do?..I asked for the dune/drag port..and it flat out flys. He needs to move out to CA...the market for that crap here is termendous..he would get so much more business he would know what to do with... jim..hint hint hint.

SYNTAXX... Jim is a good honest hardworking guy. You will not be disappointed. I also got my cylinders ported by him, I chose a very radical port job which is more on the drag side of dune/drag porting but still maintains some dune ability. I am only using stock carbs and its still a night and day difference.. the power is awesome.. I will be upgrading to bigger carbs soon... Be sure to let us know how you like it.
