its fairly easy take the outside cover off the inside core with 3 bolts (depends on the silencer) then cut all the old silencer packing out, then wrap the new shit on there, not to tight, but not to loose, you'll figure it out when you try to stuff the core back inside the outter shell, and your done

you might be able to get away with the norm powder coat, if it was me, i'd look for the high heat, but you can only do what you can find right?

dont get reed spacers, there a complete waste of money unless your using them to clear larger carbs, but you can get reeds taht work with bottom end, i run TDR epoxy's and they do downlow, not sure how the deltas or v-force work on the bottom

anybody go up there to see the pro's race this weekend, its my first time to see the bikes race, saw bubba stewart and walked right past his dad, was pretty close to ricky, got a pitpass, and walked right by all the pro's campers and work stations, where every racer has his own mechanic which every tool on this earth, all clean for every ride. it was a sweet weekend, saw some people from OCC to, just wanted to know if anyone else went up there.

yea, my friend got a 02 blaster a lil ago, and first thing we did was put a oil blockoff in it, if it got clogged or didnt work properly your engine would fry and you wouldent know about it, i would never put it on a banshee!
