not sure what your bolt to bolt is but if it is shortened it would only make it better for tt or mx... but i think stock is 14in from pivot bolt to center of axle... but not positive
its funny how all these straight line guys say they never have problems with there forks.. they say i drag or dune(straight line riding) for 5 yrs no problems.. i doubt 10mils with plus 12's ride where big percent of hq'ers ride.. anyone ever go woods riding with dunable for several yrs and not have a problem???? at high speeds you can back load the last gear so most these guys never have a problem but telling you if you back load alot in trails or tt racing over time it will burn your forks.. but its worth it cus there awesome ... i just get used to using a clutch instead of my motor.. i got pics of some forks that had some tt races on them...
yeah budget in 20 but i think there closer to 15 just depends which place you get them but they always seem to have them.. i havent been since last oct so not sure if prices have went up any... they have showers just bring few rolls of quarters 2 or 3 bucks gets you a nice warm show.. depending how long you take ... camping is 16 or 18 if your in the state park area if you get camp at lsps you wont pay any less then 25 i think... and its 7 bucks to get in the gate for 24hrs... hope this helps....
the flags have to be 10ft from the ground and you have to drive under a bar ..it has to hit the bar .. dont sweat the flags just head down there and any gas station or busniess sells the flags .. and most even have a replacement for free if you break it... i might be going first weekend of may if your going around then let me know....
the 10x8 your sure is not an 8in wheel??? most ppl get the 9in for strength over a 10in wheels.. there is a reason the 9's are on back order and they still got 10's...
i wouldnt get the plug lock they sell... if its detonating and backing out you wanna know it.. that lock could cost you lots of money in repairs when the motor burns up.. are you doing a wot plug chop???
if you get a dunable just keep your eyes out for cheap forks .. becuz at some point you will need new ones.. yeah there has been a few say they havent had any problems.. but there is far more ppl that have had then burn up over time.. alot of it is the riders.. not the ppl you get the tranny from... i burnt up a brand new set of forks in 30mins, then next set lasted 10hrs of riding maybe.. and the set i have now might have 20 hrs and like new.. so i guess im getting better... and do not do this unless your in 5th gear on a 1to5
where is slcquadscustom from??? looked like same swingarms .. thought was made by same ppl ..maybe not.. ohh well sick biuld thou.. got any more progress pics?
