  4. at the ends or your race you are letting the motor slow you down ..thats burning the forks up big time... pull in the clutch and use your brakes.. just trying to save you cash and headache of tearing motor down to replace the forks... most all will agree that have overrides...
  5. nice vids.. looks like it runs good... you should race lil farther then 100ft... or is there no room??? if thats an override trans you might go ahead and order shift forks...
  6. like a totaly diff motor when you add pipes... junk the choking stockers
  7. dunables are the shiznit... im sure jeff can hook you up with one... you can downshift them just best to not let the motor slow you down(backload) ..that is what burns the forks over time... just downshift and give it some gas.. i do it all the time...and on a side note you can backload 5th if you have a 1to5...

  9. welcome to the site... so you get spark when not sitting on the machine??? i would check for broken or fried wires around the seat.. and or switch plugs see if problem follows the plug wire..if so get new ones...
  10. before you tear it apart do a sqiush test... this will tell you alot... if you need help just pm me...
  11. depends what kinda trails you ride... are they tight wooded trails??? i would say no

  13. check the hoses on the carbs,, then clean out the right carb might be a jet clogged...
  14. make sure when you put it on your helmet its not too low or all the vids will be you looking at the ground.. so best to put it on the helmet somehow, sit on quad, vid test it to make sure.. most mounts use velcro type attachment.. i wouldnt drill no hole in my helmet..
  15. you need toomey hangers on the silencers... but as far as pipes go should be about the same each side...

  18. ohh yeah it time for a rebiuld.. if they was both 90lb wouldnt be too bad but the one at 90 and one at 60lb is not good... get it bored out new wiseco pistons,timing plate,nos head with 20 or 21cc domes..

  20. i wouldnt tap the machine with a hammer.. but tapping a cheater bar or rachet is an old school impact.. just tapping to jar it so it will loosen just like an impact... myself use an impact and works nice.
  21. i would put the motor in gear up against a wall so it can t move.. but just tap the handle or cheater bar on a rachet dont go crazy... i know this works been there done that .. it will piss you off thou then you go buy an impact...
  22. bump for a nice motor.. but eric you might have better luck parting it out...
  23. i would find smaller intakes boots cus that gonna be alot and big chance of a leak not worth it...
  24. go buy a cheap elect impact... if you cant do that you can try a tapping the rachet to get it to break lose but will be hard cus the bike and/or motor is gonna try moving... hammer/mallot tapping a rachet is poor mans impact..either way you still need a puller like nyuk says get 2 of them...
