i hope you dont have a longrod.. cus its gonna smash normal pistons if it does.. did you get the numbers off your old pistons and order from them??? just need a bigger bore im sure but make sure your other pistons arent a 795 series.. dont sound like you know for sure whether you have a long rod or not so go off your old piston numbers...

when you put kicker on just get it as close to the clutch cover as you can with out it rubbing just kinda wiggle it on the splines then tighten it down i know by your pic you have it was to far back and your prolly only getting a 1/4 of a stroke.. before your foot hits the pegs.. if you dont understand just look at a few pics of banshee you will see how it goes.. this might even help ya get it started..

mines in pieces right now but ima have 4mm stroker,ported oem cyls,vforce3,shearers,34pj's,coolhead or noss head ,timing plate a +4 and a lighter flywheel.. few other things.. i need a plus 4 but gonna run stock or my minus2.5 until then..should run pretty good i'll give update when i get it together..

turn them over.. if i remember right there is threads longer on one end then the other put the short side in the cyls.. if threads still show you be ok.. just make the end with more threads going up to the head...

after you clean your carbs.. make sure you the tube is connected between the carbs otherswise it will flood unless you pull start it cus it like having the choke on all the time would cause it not to idle too...

its a scam i get them all the time/... anytime any had a client there shopping for is a scam...and when the over pay.. see what happens ou cash the check you send him the money then in a few weeks when the bank figures it fake you have to replace all the money he gets 2500 or whatever.. i like to fuck with them and say send a check for exact amount and will do this.. see what he says...

i did have a banshee once that started fine then all the sudden wouldnt start.. i checked everything took it over to a buddies and he looked everywhere too.. then he found i had a broken wire going to the cdi back by the tail light.. fixed it and works fine after that so might check back there see if a wire is pinched were it might be getting some contact but not enough.. but like you say swap out few things with the others banshee there ..

you might check the wires going to the coil.. there is 2 of them and make sure one isnt pinch or anything.. my bros did this too and we found a bad connection where the wires plug in to the coil .. i guess it would be called the coil its the lil round thing box looking thing the plug wires actually come out of... his would start but run like crap and not rev right and when it didnt start right is when we found the problem..
