Man,.....I would run the outerwears. Save and get them,...its better to have more protection for your carbs. There is alot of crap that can get sucked down a carb than what we see and are told of. K&N is a great Filter and I'm pleased with mine. I feel the filter does a great job, but a prefilter adds another layer beside a filter for dirt to have to go through...thats a plus with me!! I want the cleanest air for my shee that I can get. I want my shee to last a long time. If the outerwear is dirty or dusty; it only takes a few minutes to wipe or wash them off and install them before you store it till the next ride. If you dont have an airbox lid that fits over your airbox before you wash it, use a plastic small bag with no holes and wrap it over the sides and back of the airbox the best you can. This will keep you from filling your airbox with water during washing. (High Pressure washes use a large rubber band or something to keep the bag from flying off). After washing remove the plastic bag carefully to one side and let water on top drain off. wipe the airbox out and store. Its nice to take time and have your quad ready to pull out for the next ripping trip. If your riding everyday, just wipe the pre-filter off with a clean rag before you go out. Its just good maintanance.

I've heard of the G3 reed cages. They were selling the kit on ebay over the last few months. I havent got them yet. I wanted to do some more research before I make a move.

I'm selling a seat on Banshee Hq like what you mentioned but its Red and Black W/ non-skid with BANSHEE on the sides near the rear of the seat. I'm not sure where you can get a blue one though.

Do you have any stock intake manifolds from the carb off a 2003 you want to get rid of?

Holyman.....One of my stock manifolds tore where the boost bottle goes in. Do you have a set of them you would like to get rid of?

I'm not to educated on that part yet ... , but someone will post it probably real soon on how to do it.

Some would think so...but some people perfer stock....I like after market too. I hate to just let a great straight peice as this just sit and get all scratched when someone could get one like new if they decided on stock without going to the stealership. Shipping is where I'll lose some though.

From whats in my signature I took them so far but as you know....this 450 I know needs to be haunted. I sacrificed my 14 tooth sprocket for a 15 tooth for more gear pull.

Is the 404 rebuild kit close? Ive seen them on Ebay ..NEW. I have a K&N filter and coolhead already. I would think that most mods I have so far would work, except my carbs. I'm trying to stay within the pump gas range.
