The thing is, he said WOT, and that rules out the air screw. That rules out the clip position, and leaves it all back to the main. The only way a needle will affect WOT is with the taper, that's why I suggested the EEK with a slightly steeper taper. If it's bogging and then picking back up at 3/4 throttle, then it sounds like the main is a little lean.
You can try the 200 like he said and see if it works better, but if it doesn't, quit screwing around and do what I suggested. I just got done with 5 months of jetting, checking for air leaks, changing gaskets and orings and ended up with the EEK needle and finally got my power that I needed. Some machines often have problems with this.
