  1. i bought a work and play trailer. its kinda like a weekend warrior one but more like a fancy enclosed trailer. its 24 feet long, 10 living/ 14 ft cargo. i can haul 4 bike but have to remove one side of tires off one bike but its not that hard. it has a shower, kitchen, sink but no generator. the inboard ones when i priced them are expensive. go to sams or sears and get a 6000 watt one like 600 bucks if that. bansheefreak, led, the clarks all saw mine at the dunes. compared to the other trailers it was way cheaper price wise and better quality. the warriors i looked at used were falling apart, the paint was fading. if you want other info pm i got pic and what not
  2. 4th or 5th clip and some 260-280 mains should be close at sea level with out pipes, being stock i take it
  3. try the 4th clip and then lower your main some. and then do a plug chop. get a little more fuel in the mid and cut your main down some it should be a good runner
  4. i live an hr away from wichita. i guess i could go by and see whats up. being a backstabbing fuck in all. let me know if you want wes found his place on the net im going that way tomorrow anyways. xmas shopping i can stop by i guess with some cops or something i dont know how to go about doing this.
  5. your old shawn, so old. lol h bday
  6. have a good one jim.
  7. totally agree. if you want pipes buy the ones that will work with future plans. so you dont buy 2 or 3 sets. i you plan to go real mean with your motor and porting you might think about a set of cpi or shearers. for the dunes. depends on what your budget is and future plans
  8. for the dunes T5 or shearers cause i like them. t5 would be the best choice of the ones you suggested
  9. pops your link didnt work i hooked you up http://www.badongo.com/vid.php?file=budxmo...06_budx3.asf&s=
  10. i used to run those clamps made by duner not cheap by any means modquad sell some that will fit im pretty sure. yeah the pipes and stingers are a weird size and hard to get clamps
  11. you might try raise the needle to the 5th clip sounds likeyour bike is wanting fuel. also you might try a 27.5 pilot and see how it runs. usually the stock pilot will work but your motor soundslike it wants fuel. basically i would try a 27.5 pilot, 5th clip and 340 and see how the mains look and how the bike acts. youmight have to go up or down onthe mains. best of luck one more thing you should back the air screw out 1/2 turn and she how the bike revs up. it is slow reacting turn it out 1/4 turns - 1/2 till it revs better.
  12. if youre talking about the rubbers that stick into the intake port cut them flush and them mount the v forces on. make sure the gaskets dont leak you dont want any air leaks and a lean condition
  13. anyone want to give me some pointers on how to do stuff on myspace. i cant get anything to work right. i dont know html. cant get anysongs to load. i like to get something going but not just plain jane.
  14. well i dont know how much you paid for them, but you might call and ask him what some of the spec were for that port. and maybe post it so see what other think as far as a drag or what port. sounds like it wasnt really what you thought it was. but it has a lot of torque. which would make it a pulling unit. guess if your happy thats all that matters.
  15. another advice get rid of the timing key it can go bad adn break on you. get a timing plate. rickystator has them 35 bucks. and a lightened flywheel set it to +4 timing, with a head and vf3 you should a have a good setup
  16. http://www.dunereview.com/mods.htm here you go or i can build you one and what not pretty easy to do. just getting the fit perfect takes some time
  17. you need 100 octane or better you could try some 100LL from your local airport.
  18. honestly my gf loves the smell of the shee and 927. it has gotten me some many of a time after riding. dont know what it is but shit im happy
  19. i would say it depends on who ported your cylinders. for a "drag port" those numbers arent the best. you have small carbs some 33 would probably help. saw some dune port 350 make 70hp. but it did make some good torque. 38 is a good number for a 350. champ and reded could tell you about a guy that thought his stuff was going to be super high and wasnt so. who did port them ??
  20. saw that piece of equip. its a very nice thing but man its not cheap. kevin will hook you up if you want it. bring your credit card
  21. dontknow my barnett has lasted me over a yr. guess i will have to watch out for it going bad.
  22. my pjs like a dek needle, ran like crap with teh ceg needle 60 pilot, dek and like 150 mains should get you close imo depending on elevation adn your super cold temps. best of luck mine liked 8 turns out on the idle roughly if i remember right.
  23. so the street bike clutch has more width than say a barnett, ebc, tusk kit??? wish some one hard pic comparing all these setups. adn could mic them and see the difference
  24. email [email protected] he does case savers, tell him you heard about him on hq, and get free shipping i think was 20 bucks for a nice piece wes
  25. thats fine and what not yeah most kits are way better than stock. when you can buy a 30 dollar tusk kit that is better than stock, then why shell out say 100 for a kit that is almost the same. mean comparing aftermarket to aftermarket. i dont see why the street bike one is the better one. sure over stock it is but compared to other aftermarket ones
