  6. if your clutch has as lil time as you say it should be ok. it not like you were drag racing it over and over and wore it out i dont think. guess try a new one and go from there.
  7. is this sitting in your cases and not running?? if so it seems mine and other did that dont know why but once running it never had a problem shifting problem my hand probably wasnt turning it fast enough to shift butter smooth in the cases i dont know.

  9. do your clutch arm arrows line up how old is your clutch when you assembled it was the fibers really smooth and the steels and dis coloring if so its time for a new one.

  11. have to ride it. ceg puts more fuel down low and the circuit over lap each other so you will have to try it. might be fine with a 50 might be a 45. dont know your porting either.

  15. one thing to remember is the dyna doesnt retard timing on the high rpms. so watch your plugs when you push it to the max it might melt your motor with too much timing at high rpms.
  16. i know they are different than cubs but somewhat the same try 48-52 pilot dgh mid clip and 160 main and go from there would be a good start. to make sure the pilot it should idle for like 4 mins if i idles then dies its cause its rich.
  17. sometimes a weak stator will cause high rpm pops and cut outs. and to the guy talking running stroker domes on cub you need to research your stuff before you throw that out they and flat decked unless they are machined or setup the be about the deck by the builder.

  20. lot of presice milling has to be done on a shift drum for each gear to go into the next one. you need it. if you didnt get it you got fucked.
  21. basically if your going ballz out and pull the clutch in to coast it will happen eventually or coasting down a hill or whatever any time the tires are spinning a lot and you pull the clutch in for some time. dynos are bad on them just have to watch what your doing. guys with overrides pull in clutch to save forks but most have a bearing already in them. just put one in.
  22. one more thing just be proud your in a car or truck if your a truck driver like me and others they can pull you over and go thru more shit than i could list. and its been that way for years. so just something you will have to get used to like the rest of us. there is nothing you can do. do you know there is a guy in the senate or house in ks trying to make ks have 13 counties. instead of the 105 to help with cost and shit. can you imagine having your fire dept hq being 100miles away and let them try to get to your house.
  23. could care less about the seat belt law i wear mine some times and some times i dont if i get pulled over i put it on real fast. and tell them they must have not seen it very well. will say the best thing ks has started is giving ticket to fucks that stay in left lane, and slow traffic down. i say fine the piss out of them.
  24. my advice is just try not to backload it. every now and again it will be ok. this will save your forks over time.
  25. 16-41 is a good high gear combo. with 22s it even better hard to pull that at the dunes 15-41 works decent with that dirt and sand 22s 20s in dirt i would say 16-41 depends on your power level
