I just wanna say i'm not bashing this guy.. actually I'm trying to help him ...From a customers standpoint i was just letting him know that he should take more pride in what he does if he wants to be a reputable dealer..It would be great if he could hook other hq members up with a discount price .. i think it's great he had the right idea ..

in my opinion u shouldn't hit the powerband hard before u warm up .. u should let the bike get to operating temps. before u start whooping on it .needle adjustment is very simple pull the carb tops off take out the slides , then the needles. after u have the needles out , take the clip off the needle noting the position .. move the clip up to lean it out down to make it fat. use needlenose pliers and be careful the clip pops off fast sometimes u dont wanna lose it .

boon thanks for the responce , i found the problem .. thanks to nyuk... i need a new throttle cable.. the slides werent down all the way i sprayed fuel directly into the carb and boom she fired right up running like at 15000 rpms. i killed it quick just need a cable now .. im just scattering like a roach when the light goes on.. the shee needs to be loaded on a trailer by wed . headed for glamis i fly out mon , hopefully someone will have a cable in stock tom when i call .

aight, i just got finished bolting the beast back together, i just put on new carbs.. new intakes and new airfilters, pipes.. afterwards i tried starting it , i got spark nice on both plugs, i def. have compression.. i installed new fuel lines and a pingel . i can see the fuel going to the carb the lines are clear , it wont start .. wtf i checked everything ..kill switch is grounded and into the coil , the coil is fine , i have gas , its on run , the key is on run .. im lost its driving me nuts .. when i installed the new carbs i noticed the slide isnt down all the way , i know that will affect the idle , but could that cause it not to start ? any ideas are welcome i know its probally a minor thing im missing .. thanks reas

get a+4 grr has them my +4 is great im glad i went with the one i did keeps the front on the ground except on pavment. and u can still jump ..

the best thing a reed spacer accomplishes, is if u have bigger carbs the spacers keep the left carb from hitting the clutch release lever .can be a easy fix to a pain in the ass problem..

The 03 limited is yellow and black with little flame jobbies on it, 03 red and black , and classic yamaha blue .. 04 has red white and black , classic blue, and the limited is all black as u know ... if u are gonna buy a new quad invest in a clymers and read alot of posts here ask questions. This is the best way to know your new quad,banshees are fairly easy to tune once u know the basics. If u don't know something chances are someone hear does.. if u don't wanna go fast buy a 4joke.. banshees are not the quad to get if u just wanna put around although u could i suppose just defeats the purpose..

get the insert its a sure fix , do u want to break down next time out ? because u went the cheap way ...
