  5. u could get a solid fill at the machine shop as well, they will put a sleeve in the hole solid fill, and retap it with new threads. it's an alternative to a heli coil either way u will be set .
  6. are they stock carbs?i would check the throttle cable, if it has a kink in it that would cause the slide to stay open, also if they arent stock carbs is the idle screw in to far or did it fall out completely ? all good place to start when the slide sticks.
  7. u can use adobe photoshop to resize pictures, then save them for web use this will reduce the size alot .

  11. may be the year i dunno. i believe the DS had a few changes through the years. however my bro in laws DS650(03) has edged out every stock banshee its ever seen. never killed them but edged them out.
  12. i run it,vp c-12 is leaded, i have had no problems from running it.
  13. he might have died from that streetbike conversion if it went through ..
  14. i believe the this is true because they are geared diffrently, also the older banshees had j-arms causing the bike to be lighter.. those are the only diffrences i know of .
  15. I would only use foam oil, that's just me though! that's what i said..

  17. i agree. this happened to me once the oil looks kinda foamy it was the seal by the impeller once i changed this it fixed the problem .if u ever took this seal out make sure u do with a socket and hit the socket . the seals are damaged easily .
  18. i wouldn't uni filters are foam filters k&n are not.. use the oil that is designed for each filter.failing to do so will most likly cause problems..
  19. use the diskette thing as a rattrap by the hole the click the left tile 2 times , the middle one once then the right one 2 times put the head and diskette box on the tiles ..

  24. ive seen them work on drag only bikes and they had no problems with wear on the fronts , the rear is a whole diffrent story ..
