the bore size is on top of the piston, and DONT reuze the gasket!! unless you like the myriad or troubles a bad head gasket brings

thanks but i dont need another set of hubs. the studs are *only* 2 bucks a pop from the dealer. I somehow won the hubs on ebay for $5.50 so i dont mind paying 16 bucks for some studs...although i wish i knew about your deal before i paid for these

if you are piped i would put a 15t front on. thats probably what he did. a 15t really wakes the banshee up. pulls the gears longer with less wheelspin

going up on the mains does not mean less flow. Larger mains=more gas. The only reason more gas would be needed is becasue there is more air. You would need to go up on the mains if you took the lid off too, or with pipes, porting, big bore etc....does that mean less flow too??

boonman why do you do it on a surface grinder? Wouldnt using a face mill give you a good enough finish and be much faster? Or do you surface grind so it is more accurate?

if you are jetted with 220 on stock carbs with T5s you are so F-ing lean its not even funny....if you meant 320s then you are way rich and that could explain why you are uing so much gas

the EBC can be run with the stock, basket and hub since the plates are thiner than stock. kinda a trad off more surface but less heat dissapation. The hinson uses 8 normal plates, so it would be better. I would love to get the full hinson 8 plate setup with the basket with straight cut gears on it. If i have $900 to spend on a clutch that would be it right there!

put a 9 tooth front sprocket on and you will go 150 easy

first spline? I dont get what you mean by first spline. do you mean the splines for the wheel hub? it should slide right on from the left side to right side. if you are trying to put in on the wrong side i think maybe the brake hub splines are larger

I wouldnt get just the wiseco kit with just the spacer. I would deffinatly get the porting corrected for the stroke and either use a spacer plater or cut head. if you dont port for it you wont get near the gains you should get

i dont like smelling smoke either, but the thing is its peoples private businesses. If they want to let people smoke in them then fine, its up to them. Many resturants were smoke free before the ban even took place. The smoking ban here is such bullcrap, if i ever meet Pataki im going to kick him in the ball sack. When it first came out there was a bar in Batavia that had "smoke free" nights where if you came they would give you free smokes. They got fined everytime for it, but it was refreshing to see, mkae me want to go there and cough on a few cigarettes.
