I think I am pretty much gonna keep this bike with the RZ engine stock (famous last words). I already have too much $$$ in to my passion bike so I wanna keep that as my primary, this roller was just to good of a deal to pass up and seemed like a fun project. Gives my old man something to ride to instead of the wolvirine. Thanks for the replys guys, Just need to here back from my parts guy for a price now, I know where I can pick up a complete RZ for $1200 NZ tommorrow but it is totally road legal, registed and warranted so it would be a shame to rip it to bits. Hopefully this guy will get back to me about the bikes hes wreaking Also on to another guy about a cr500 engine that I may use instead it just depends on price though and who gets back to me first.

what do you mean the exhausts are flanged? Can you still use banshee exhausts? Also do you use the RZ carbs or banshee? Any info is good info

Hey guys, I was planning on putting a gsx550 in my roller but have since found that it is to tall. So I have been looking around and found a guy that is wreaking 3 RZ350 bikes. Apart from all the wiring crap do these pretty much just bolt in to the existing mounts? I am planning on trying to get the whole running RZ road bike so I can prety much just unplug unbolt and drop it in to the banshee frame. Any thing I should watch for or any problems I will come across?

You have to relocate your valves to the other side of the rim, if you just flip em they will hit your disc breaks Other than that though there is nothing wrong with it.

I mostly ride trails, some tight, some not so tight and T5's do me fine, they seem to pull pretty well when I am climbing hills too. Good all round pipe I think. I am geared 17/40 and can pretty much just sit and second and third all day round most of the trails around here

We use the wolverine for hunting, got a winch and gun rack for it. Does the job well, rigged up another set of wires that run form the battery to the handle bars that we plug a hand held spotlight in to for getting possums, rabbits, deer and wallabies at night. My old man also welded up another muffler that slips over the end of the existing one to quiet it down some.
