  1. Mines pretty much the same as blues dueces, stock box zip tied to the frame, with a single foam filter and the lid removed. I remember reading in BD's review that he was using special cut domes from noss. Not sure whats special about em, they look the same as the normal ones, and I dont know if they make a difrence, but I have also got em, so it could be worth a shot trying them if you dont have em
  2. I find the same thing but its normally when I get some water on it, after coming out of a river or something. I am running PJ34's 50 pilots, 175 mains, needle in the middle with a pro-design foam filter air box lid removed and it is running mint with no bog in the mid. I was having a few issues which I thought to be jetting related but it turned out to be the cdi. I put a new one in last week and its all good now. I am running 20cc domes, and run AV fuel in a 40:1 mix with motul 800
  3. unless the plug's fouled. Yeah Yeah Yeah, Bugger you guys, I think your right on the money as usall Simplest prob and I was lookin everywhere but. I just put in some new plugs, started it up and let it run for 5 min. Killed it then tryed to start it again. Wouldnt go............ Put in new plugs, kicked it and ringgg a dingggg dingggg dingggg now dont I feel stupid

Compression is bang on 180 in both cylinders, Ben for some reason I dont think it is jetting, becasue when I check for spark I dont get any when its hot and it should spark regardless of weather its rich or not I will give the FAQ another read and give swapping the cdi's a shot, thanx for the help guys
  5. Hey, First one is are CDI's diffrent between the years? Cause I got a new one and the connections are diffrent 1 fits but the other has 5 wires coming from it, where the one on my bike only has four. Next is my bike will start when cold but when hot it wont. It will however crash start as easy as a 2 dollar hooker wether its hot or cold. I investigated a little further tonight and 1 side of the coil seems to spark alot better than the other which at times has nothing. When rideing both cylinders seem to fire fine as my bike fuckin hauls ass and dose not miss at all. I have swapped for another coil and get the same results. I have also swapped stators and it makes no diffrence. Any Ideas?

  18. Isnt "Saintly" based somewhere in the UK. I heard that guy can build a killer engine. If you want to stay local try pm'ing "STU" hes in the UK and had his engine built by someone there. Its ment to run quite well form what he has told me too.

  20. Basically its another plate that bolts onto the pressure plate. It has little L shaped fingers with counter weights that try to move outward as the clutch basket spins faster, and uses centripital force to press the pressure plate against the friction plates. You have to have a cover conversion because there simply isn't enough clearance. Pretty much stops your clutch slipping when you have high HP
