yeh when i say quick tho i mean prolly by like january or febuary sometime so its not really a rush job and any money that gets to me quicker the better cuz i plan on buy the car here in a few weeks so every lil bit helps, i dont mind taking it apart i am starting to price out my parts and it looks like i may get a lil more than 3 out of it i could be wrong tho i guess it depends i am gonna have to wait a week b4 i touch it its gonna be a busy week at work so i wont have time to ride touch clean take apart or what ever so i guess i got plenty of time to think about it. but as of right now its for sale on here and trader online. -

thanks drag my computer is being really poopy and slow right now so i am gonna post this and go to bed i'll have to read up on how to sign up for ebay tomarow i got the ol cup and string internet service and its pissin me off at the moment i got a paypal account now i guess thats pretty much what i need? i would go ahead and sign up but comps being slow and wont load pages i think i have decided i am gonna part it out and see how it goes my dad said i can just ship all my parts from out store that way i dont have to deal directly with ups and our shipping department can deal with my boxes o shit. thanks man i'll pm ya if i have any questions. l8ter blake -
i hate natural disaters cuz they flip my banshee all the damn time. it might just be sitting the doing its own lil banshee thing and then bam natural disater strikes and my bike is on its back DEAD!!!!! but it only happens like twice a week or so, so i dont worry to much but tie downs would be a good ideal. i'll try it out and tell you in a few minutes.

sorry nyuk i am not wanting to tear the motor apart if i sold it it would be as a whole but then again for a good price i might. the crank is new and the tranny was inspected and said to be in great shape by my local shop(richwood powersports) so i dont know what it would be worth to ya. -

sorry for the list of questions but i got a few i know you guys could help me out on. would my stuff really sell that fast on ebay? what happens if it doesnt sell do they charge me anything and if the part does sell how much do they charge do they go by percentage rates? and shipping the frame would be my only biggie how would i go about that? i know i could easlily get 3 out of my bike but i dont have the patience and i am willing to loose a lil if i could sell it quickly wither it be part by part or the whole thing so i can get my mustang project going and have a fun car to drive. it hasnt been beat and its one of the cleaner 87s i can find around here most the newer bikes i have seen arent in as good as shape of mine but thats also cuz the just didnt go through a frame up rebuild. -
i cant decide on if it would be worth it to part my bike out or not. every thing is in good over all shape and i dont mind takin shit apart i just dont know if it would be any quicker to sell it as a entire bike or to just part it out would i loose money on parting it out? i am only wantin about 2500-2700 out of it just enought to make a decent down payment for a used mustang 5.0 . any opinions is a help.

why are the rockets not as good as the thunder pipes i have the rockets and i love them. i havent ridin the thunders yet just heard about them but i have never read any one that compared the two together or had bad things to say about either one. where did you get your info. i personally would go with the rockets over the cpi's i have had cpi's b4 and they were a great pipe and very similar to my rockets but i think my rockets edge them out a lil more all around... its just my opinion and as for the head i have a noss cool head and its a quality product i love every bit of it it looks great performs awsome and couldnt look any better. and dlnoss is a good dude. so if your wanting some quality inframe drag pipes go with the rocket inframes you can get them from minkia38 he hooked me up and has better service and response times than most pro's i work with so i wouldnt hesitate doing bidness with him and dlnoss is a good guy and has a bad ass product thats hard to beat along with out standing service so i say go with him. thats just my opinion. ohh and i did a review of the rocket pipes in the product review area check it out if you are seriously interested. l8ter man blake.

okay well i decided today i want a car more than my banshee at the moment. i drove a midly modded 5.0 today and decided its what i wanted and the bike has to go if i get it. i will have another bike at another time probly over next summer but i am gonna have to get a car so i can get a second job to 1 have the car i want and 2 get another banshee and i cant get to another job if i dont have a ride. the banshee is pretty damn clean for a 87 and i have a decent amount of parts that will be going with it. but here is a list of what its got and i will have a few pics after monday when i can get back to work and unload the pics i am gonna take tomarow on the digital camera. just shoot me a pm on here if you or someone you know is interested. fresh rebuild with really low hour's on it, the motor was rebuilt by richwood power sports and i have reciepts for everything including the rebuild but things like gas mix and oil and shit like that. its got a good strong motor and 157lbs of compression as of a few hours ago(157 lbs each) vitos crank, weisco pro light pistons, tranny inspected and okay'd new clutch and (stiffer springs yet to be installed), noss cool head,20 cc domes, prodesign timing plate, rocket infram drag pipes, k&n clamp on air filters, jetted with alot of spare jets as well, prodesign kill switch, torch head lights, clear light covers,new cases no cracks where the chain could have broke it if it were to pop off. terminator clutch cable, toomey idle kit installed along with a new toomey throttle cable, spare throttle cable and slides, new shocks off of an 03, razr front tires, kenda viper rears, ek x ring chain, new sprockets along with like 4 or 5 more(cant remember wat sizes for which end.) axle carrier off of a 03, spare upper case, kick starter just rebuilt, spare stock air box no lid, new clutch cover gasket, there is probly some other things i cant think of, it needs very little just a few things like a set of upper bushings for the j arms and thats about it i think. well the price is 2700 and that price is negotionable(sp) i live in northern ky and will meet some one half way with in reason but no farther than like a hour or 2 away . my cell phone number is 513 310 7668 and you can call at any time i am up at damn near up all hours i get up around 6 in the mourning and go to bed around 12ish in the night so dont be afraid to call. my email is [email protected]. l8ter blake also i may be willing to part it out if any one is interested and will make a offer worth my while then i will.

hey i really really highly recomend the rocket inframe pipes i have a set and they are kinda like cpi's with more bottom end. pm minkia38 he hooked me up with a set and i love them. check out the product review i did a review on them and it should give you a really good idea on what they are like. -

ohh and you made me think so i took my head off and there is some play in the pistons but not to much no more than usual or what i think is usual cuz i would imagine that there would be some movement just not to much cuz i had lil play in the piston on my old dirt bike and it ran fine for ever b4 i sold it so i guess it was normal.

my doesnt make a clatter noise i know what ur talking about tho what causes that the crank? ohh and cash money no my air filter didnt fall off i have pods and their both their but its happend b4. i am kinda half tempted to just go ahead and call it quits here and fix it b4 things get real ugly unless its a simple fix and i run outa cash and just throw in a stroker get some porting done. ya know. thanks guys l8ter

i did the screw driver thing and it definately coming from the top end. but my pistons look fine it doesnt shake bad no worse than what it did b4 the noises came about and its not the kick starter. it would suck if it was the crank tho its only got about 30 hours on it and its brand new. but if it comes out shit happends and it gets replaced by a 4 mm stroker. its tha only way to do things. i guess we will wait and see... but thanks for the help.

it sounds like really hard firing i know your going to say detonation but i thought of that 1 i tried race gas and 2 i set my timing back on stock and checked the plugs and pulled my head to see my pistons no marks the plugs look fine and i did a compression check and got 157 on each side same as it has been since the compression quit raising after my rebuild. these are new noises to my bike and just started about half way through a ride damn thing sounds like a deisel compared to my friends bike. wtf. what else could it be. i am tired and goin to bed i worked a 14 hour day today and rode for like 20 minutes in the rain and then came back cuz it was a loud motor pulled every thing tried diferent gas changed my timing and now i'm tired. and goin to bed damn it. any help is apreciated.

i dont know the specifics but toomey when he tested his pipes from what i have read those t6's work best with stock ports so you may be able to get away with some port mods just not extreme ones... and demon350 why are you worried about the bike not runnin right with your pipes do you plan on tearing it down already ur bikes a 04 aint it? have you thought about other bolt ons to make it go faster it would be alot more work and tons more cash to get a 450 than just switch ur pipes out. and if you think its to expensive to buy another set of pipe what about trading someone else you pipes for theirs? you can make a banshee pretty damn fast with bolt ons so if your looking for more speed then just get a few more goodies like a head, timeing plate, open air box, or no lid and a k&n, set it up right and you'll have your self a really nice running bike. jmo i personally if i was you and hell bent on getting porting done then i would get the porting done tune it the best you can and find out if the t6's will work with porting if not trade them out i bet there are a good amount of ppl on here willing to trade you pipes for a set of say t5's or other pipes that work well with porting. jmo. l8ter man

my bike had a 130 in it and i'm at about 850 ft above sea level and i yanked the lid and added a 155 along with my k&n i also have a yosh slip on as well tho so you may need another size but go ahead a ditch the lid while you at it nice lil increase in power. jmo.

SuCioDiFiciL if you were talkin to me a few reasons i may kick his ass is one cuz my bike will out rev and out pull a gear better than him 2 has more power and three and has definatly taller gearing along with 22 inch tires so no he wouldnt be next to me or all to close for that matter. just thought i would let ya know if you were talkin to me hard tellin since you didnt specify cuz both of our races had pretty much the same shit in them... l8ter man.

when i first started readin your post i was like wtf is this kid talkin about but i then started shopping around and found the chain slider your talking about i only knew of the roller and the slider down by the sprocket, on my z400 there is a chain slider and it keeps the chain from rubbing on the top of my swing arm and i guess it would do the same for the banshee cuz my bike doesnt have a chain slider and there is a few rub spots on my swing arm from where but chain hits it. so i guess thats where it would go mayby some one else could clear this up better cuz i am a dumb ass and could be wrong.
