well after reading this whole damn thread , i dont know why the hell it got this long. all nick wanted to know is if he was going to get a refund or not and seemed to be mature about it until he started getting attacked. i remember back when shelby traded his R for the shee he has, and the person he traded didnt have any good things to say about him, which has always been my impression of who he is. as soon as he replied to this thread he seemed pretty defensive, almost guilty, but i guess that could be cuz of bringing this to the public. some of you tried to make it as if nick went out, bent the axle, and was trying to screw shelby out of the 70 bucks, even though from the beginning he didnt care THAT much about the money. In conclusion, i dont think he should be refunded just because he cant prove it. But if shelby just admitted it (if he did it) ,even though that would never happen, he should get the money.

the ban isnt on 2 strokes, its on emissions. diesels are affected and many 2 stroke jet skis and snowmobiles have less emissions because of efi and other technology
