the cylinders outside is aluminum, good luck, i spent about 20 hors workign on mine and couldnt get them good enough, so i just powdercoated them instead. and hell no you cant try mine before yours!!!!

GRR pipes, i was running power pros at the track last night, i then put the GRR pippes on, i will run nothing else again.

yeah its shaft drive, i cant get the drive shaft extended easy though, owell i am going to take the swing arm and see if i can get it extended.

my wife has a 2004 quadsport z250, it fits her fine and shee loves it, anyways it does ride a little ruff and bouncy do to the short wheel base. does anyone know of any body that sells an after market swing arm for them?

i have a dyno run this week and the guy told me he had one of the newer machines that would compensate for the gearing of the bike and it would show the actual HP's, we will see

you might want to check into the FBI all over it thing, my buddy had the same excast thing happen to him , but it cost him 3400 bucks. he was told since the money was sent out of the US there was nothing the FBI or anyone could do about it. sorry for the lose man, its a little learnign curve for all DO NOT SEND WESTERN UNION!!

yo evil, you think your buddy would replace a busted detriot locker and some 5.29's for me for free??? i bought them through 4wheelparts.com and those guys said they have a lifetime warranty no matter what, let me be the first to tell you that they are full of shit! now my yota is only a 2wd drive cause the front locker and diff gears are all busted up.

Thats normal, there is no resistance on the sproket to keep it from spinning with the chain off, the primary drive shaft always spins when he motor is running, its normal for it to spin. it will happen with all of them

check to make sure that the ball on the clutch rod isnt seized. also pull that arm out to see if it is damaged. i had a problem where the clutch rod ball inside the motor welded itself to the rod and the rod spun till it ate up the clutch arm, as far as the rubber peices they can be left out , they are suppose to help with clutch chatter

ever take your carbs off and clean them? your pilots ,or one of them , could be clogged. it will make the bike run like shit on low end.
