  1. Im with boris on this one. If there is a crack in one of your fuel lines or one of the hose clamps fell off it would be sucking in air. I would check for a cracked fuel line first. That exact thing happened to my banshee. Secondly I would check for is that your jets are all cleaned out. You said the reeds and all the boots are good so I would say it has to be fuel. If you pour gas into the cylinder and it runs for a minute that means ints buning what fuel you had in there and whats coming through your fuel lines isnt enough to keep up. The only other thing I would suggest is to make sure the gas tank vent hose isnt kinked or has something over the end.

  3. Well I wouldnt allow that on my freshly rebuilt banshee but if the motor is a little old then I would have no problem letting that pass.

  7. Once you have done a leak down. It should be easier to track down the issue.. Report back then... Gotta get some sleep now... Good luck.

  8. Rooienga has got it right except it should be 6 psi for 6 mins. While not loosing more than 1 psi.

  9. And not a stupid question at all.. Very important to do leak down on a banshee motor.. Something you'll want to know.

  10. It's not stupid question. You need to have kit with rubber plugs, caps and pressure gauge. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk

  13. Need to do a leak down test... Could be a base gasket or a crank seal. Leak down will let you know for sure if it's an air leak. THAT is what I would do before going any further... Personally..

  14. I think that's what he meant, he said he can rev it out if he pours fuel into the cylinder.

  15. It’s winter here and that’s when everyone rides, especially on the ice. Put down the purse, put on your toque and ride

  16. Yeah its overlooed alot and sometimes if you have the factory vent hose one of the wires from the harness can cover it and its usually the last thing to think of, but Jets would definetly be a good one to look at.

  17. Fuel tap flows fuel it's a dual tap for two lines

  18. Might be carburettors, something clogged one of the Jets or might be even fuel tap on the fuel tank, check it for flow Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk

  25. Having half of the parts help a little bit too ,-) But a 2 stroke is more temperamental with jetting, can have leaks etc. I better like 2 strokes, too many parts in a 4 strokes. Envoyé de mon SM-G965W en utilisant Tapatalk
