  4. the local track i'm starting on w/ very small jumps (some of them are suposed to be doubles but I'm not ready for that yet) so you ether(sp) roll over them or jump slowly & land flat or if to long on the next ramp up OUCH! :baseball_bat: "I'm running the works AT steeler dual rate shocks without rezzies. I do a little bit of jumping every now and then, and they seem to work fine for that. If I were planning on doing alot of jumping, or catching some big air, I might look into some of the higher priced shocks though. The works shocks are alot easier on the wallet though. I ordered mine directly from works for less than $400." what's the purpose / benefit of rezzies
  5. Iwill admit it if I lived in the middle I wouldn't even think twice about 30-60 foot dunes B-4 ocala, just big scrub is only 1-2 hrs away 4 me don't know what's out there but it's close to me & I know you won't freeze your nuts off Big scrub

  10. thanks I dont have many mod's but I can spin on concrete very easly & it sucks I havent pulled the front tires up at all & I thought the gecho's were A cheep start 4pokes are pulling me outa the hole while i'm roosting :baseball_bat: I dont think my +2 swing makes that much differance will it?? maybe ill take it out (extention) & try that .I've been playing at the flat track anyway & shorter is suposed to better there to?
  11. yes but look there 1st when it won't rev. (later on?)
  12. I guess its not realy hard packed just not like dunes thats why I picked gecho's they looked like middle ground but I hadn't heard a lot about them from you guys didn't know if they were bad or just not aggressive enough for soft soft dune type stuff my flat trekkers just spin like crazy & w/ 1lb they are starting to spin on the rim
  13. go to your picture go to view, text,Ipicked smallest I think? just what I tried when I saw your pix were so big? to late I see you figured it out
  14. thanks :baseball_bat: MinEsFasteR79 i've been trying to do that & nobody would reply it worked thanks again :thumb: you might want to make yours smaller I've seen complaints B-4
  15. whats the rule of thumb for mounting paddles alot of my trails are packed, does it ride smother to stagger L. to RT. or align them. Any opinions on gecho's ?? Like I said sand is tightly packed just need more traction than my fast trekkers? & not to agressive
  16. what about gecho's ?. no dunes but nothing but sand in fla .tired of spinning
  17. just ordered geco's are they any good?? 21x10x9 I think putting them on my stock/spare rims. ride in fl. every thing is sandy but not like dunes. what we call dirt down here but it's basicly sand. I had 2 get something getting out run by everything due to wheel spin even take off in 3rd some times (stock sprockets)
  18. i'm there, set it up crooms suck nothing but woooooooooooooooops :baseball_bat: now
  19. cant figure out how to post pix yet? but in your 3rd pix "Clean the bowl out real good, including the choke tube." it's in the middle hole (between the drain &the over flow ? I didnt think much of it until I cleaned the right one & there wasn't one in that hole & there didn't seem to be threads either (sp) ?? just curious? it runs fine ?? also the #'s were 25 jet,350jet ,1.4jet??? those #'s seem low (or odd) compaired to some posts i've seen but plugs look good my mods are in my sig thanKs sea level
  20. big red what is the small 1.4 jet in the bowl port for (only in the left carb on my '04??)
  21. All you guys have temp gauges and have seen that much of A differance??? I ran it in my '87 due to alot of slow trail ridding (w/ my daughter) & didn't see much of A differance. Getting ready to put it in my '04 though it has to help some but I definatly didn't see that much & I have A gauge (on both), but my temp prob is due to low air flow maybe yours are due to mods ect.??
