that sucks dude, i have done this several times and ended up saving the gas for fires ^^^see above post lol.

i would never risk it. its funny cause i run castor 927 as well and you cannot for the life look into the jug and tell, it sucks

im gonna start with the sharpie idea.

I usually put iit in my mower as well. If the gas has been in a plastic jug long enough you cant remember if it is mixed then it has probably not verry good anymore right? also if it has been cold maxima will seperate from the gas so be sure to mix it up well.

Take a pop can and turn it up side down. Should make a little bowl. Fill that up with fuel in question and set it on fire. I do that step twice. Gas buns clean and dry. There will be oil left in the bowl if it is mixed. If you cant tell just keep burning a little bit. That way the oil concentraion should build up so you will deffinatly know if it is mixed.

Yeah it sucks to forget if its mixed or not. I used to run klotz oil in klotz 108 octane.....the fuel was already red, making it impossible to see if it had been mixed. I hope ya' figure it out!

The sharpie idea is a good one. I kind of do the same thing but use zip ties. When oil is put in the fuel jug and only after this is done, the jug gets a zip tie put around the handle. Once empty, the tie gets cut off so there is no chance of refilling it and thinking it is mixed. My brother (the only person i will allow to fill my bike) and i both use the same system and never deviate from it that way we dont fill up the bikes and burn them up.

the oil i use is black. i can see it when i pour it even with marked gas.

if the oil was red or something then you couldnt tell, but i bet you can see it as you pour the gas.
