I use tapping oil on the blade as well. Unless sand is stuck to the melted nylon, you should be able to remove it with little or no scrathing. I do it this way and the pipes look fine when I am finished. Works like magic! :sorcerer: Quote
lyons02gt Posted March 4, 2008 Author Report Posted March 4, 2008 do u think stripper or air craft remover will dis color the exhaust. thats what i was thinkn. but this bad boy is sweet. the man before me spent a shit load on it!!!! its all chromed out in cluding the motor!!!! toomy ehuast, hemi head, the whole quad is after market. and the first thing i do is melt my riding pants on it !!! it pisses me off so bad!!!!!please more coments i will post a pic soon!!!!! Works like magic! :sorcerer: do what he said, i baught a banshee and the guy said his daughter stuck her flip flops on the exhaust and it melted the soles of her shoes to toomeys, i just used a sharp razor blade and it came right off without even scratching the chrome at all.
