They haven't enforced it yet, but they'll be charging 25 a year to use PMs and the search...just so they can continue to use the current software and hardware. Now I'm no expert....but... Currently, it has over 24,000 members. If ONLY 5% of it's members paid 25 bucks, that's over 30K a year. That's not including site sponsors, etc. Which pay between 500 and 1000 a year to be a "platinum" sponsor. I find it hard to believe a website costs that much to build and maintain....yearly. Sorry...IMO it's about greed.... Making members pay for search and PMs is ridiculous....period. If I was a site sponsor and made a good portion of my living off that site, I'd be a little unhappy..... Quote
