Tore my top end down to check out cylinders and all looks well. Should I use new rings when I put back together or leave the old rings on? Been about a year and a half.

you might as well do it while you are there but then again the top end is an easy tear down on these 2 strokes ..I am sure some will say dont fix it if it aint broke but I would go ahead and do it while you have it opened up ..just my .02

if you got it apart might as well throw new rings in it..

absolutely, that way you can go another 1.5 to 2 years before you have to tear it down agian. barring a unforseen issue.

I totally agree, no sense in tearin' it down again when you can do it now............
