Well since i gave my dad my old CPI's. It pretty much gives me an excuse for some new pipes. I wondering what you guys would think. Either Out of Frames or in-frames. Shearer or cpi.

shearers all the way, peak hp at high rpms, highest HP, crazy top end when the power hits the pipes, they look cool AND sound cool.. just saying it. SHEARERS. like a knife. :beer:

Sorry guys. I should've reworded it a little bit better. I was asking if i should stick with in-frames or go with some out-of frames. Which if i do either way, the shearers of cpi's would be a choice.

i guess it depends on where you ride. i think you ride in open areas, correct? so you shouldn't have to worry about hiiting OOF's on trees and stuff. do you have to worry about noise levels where you ride? although you could get silencers for OOF's. i personally like the looks of OOF's, but where i ride i would bang them up so i run SB IF shearers. i wish i could get away with a set of chrome OOF non-silenced shearers. too my understanding you usually gain a few HP with the OOF's compared to IF's when comparing the same versions (SB to SB or BB to BB).

Depends on the riding you do. For a drag only I would go out of frame, for a duner I would go inframe.

Yeah. I ride in open area's and rarely go on dune rides. But what im afraid of with OOF's is that people are probably going to see the cub and think i have some badass motor, but i really have a 4mm cub, Which is really fast. Thats the only thing why i dont really want OOF's. And the fact that Glamis is starting to get really gay now. I figure that i could try some out and if i dont like them i'll just get some inframes.

Well i decided to try out a set of out of frames. Mostly likely to be CPI. But about the jetting. I have 150's in the mains and the clip is on the third from the top. Can somebody maybe give me an idea of what size jet to start out with?
