best thing you can do to wake these trucks up is a custom PCM tune, do not get handheld tuner like superchips or anything, have someone street tune/dyno tune it. Easily get another 25+ HP

oh and what about the sts turbo kits, they did one on tv awhile back and it improved milage lol.

Sweat truck I love chevys. I have the same motor in my SSL Silverado. Good exhaust and Ram Air would be a great improvement. That's what I did with mine. Made a big difference.

Holy crap, I am getting over 19 with my Hemi and I put 4.10 gears in it. You must drive hard! LOL
