olmick Posted April 1, 2007 Author Report Posted April 1, 2007 guys i love the banshee, ive outran everyone that i have raced, but its too much in the trails now with the dune port, and now it seems like everyone back at my hometown has one when i was the only person to have it back in the summer, id rather not get the 700 cuz we usually play musical chairs and i can ride it all day if i want to, i know you guys are pissed at me lol, but i think that i would love that 525 in the trails Quote

F#$K THAT. you have the take half the plastics off then the tank just to get at the sparkplug. oh yeah and just taking the plastics off is no easy takes they use or did use both metric and standard size bolts and nuts so it a guessing game but anyway the IRS i dont really like but whatever you will get whatever you want. the only thing about the new outloaw is that ktm 525 Quote

I went to school with one of the engineers that worked on the suspension for the Outlaw and the steering and suspension for the Predator. I am not sure how he got a job at Polaris, let alone kept it so far. I always figured he would be professionally unemployed or a used car salesman. Look at the stats compaird to a utility. They have as much ground clearance, weigh about the same, and seat hight. Get you a Can Am 800. Quote

This would be in reference to the engine itself and not the bike packaged around it. The KTM engines tend to be some of the highest tech engines on the market, but then again they are Austrian and weird. Quote

I raced my bros banshee with CPIs and killed it. If you were not impressed with the 700s power you are going to be really sad when you get the outlaw. Not trying to be an ass or anything, just dont want you buying a quad that is going to turn out a flop. Quote
