Ya, I saw that they said it was a utility, which shows that they don't know what they talking about. Then the reserve is not met yet, but the buy it now price has been reached. At least if they are going to scam people do your your research and sound convincing................ :shoothead:

something is totaly wrong there, why would anyone list it as buy it now for that low of price? it is either stolen or the dude is a shit head and his wife is selling it behind his back as revenge for something he did

what would you need to check or do if you went to buy something like this in order to protect yourself.

 

You would probably need to see the bike in person before bidding as well as getting the VIN and running by the local police to see if it's stolen. Generally if someone is asking you to do something special to bid on an eBay auction you can be certain it is because they are looking to get around a legal responisibility, fees, or something else.
