how should i clean it. their alot of dirt inside of it.

its for a blaster by the way

I'd say maybe carb cleaner or Brake cleaner it evaporates pretty quick... but you have all the guts out of it take a pressure washer to it but thats only if you have all bearings and any other internals out

if the cases are split just use some parts cleaner. if they are not split use a garden hose or pressure washer and get all the nasty shit out. then run some parts cleaner in there...

i wouldnt use brake cleen. it will eat at the cases. use carb cleaner instead, its made for ferous metals. or best is take it to the car wash and pressure wash it. then once it dries out, spray it down with wd40.

dont want to start a beef, but brake cleen wont hurt the cases.. if it would hurt them mine would be fully disolved by now. That shit will hurt you alot more then the cases.

starting fluid, cheeper & evaporates w/ no film at all (so oil it up right after) Just get the cheep stuff w/o upper cyl. lube

Edit: if you get it in your eyes just open them it will evaporate very quickly... get brake fluid in there & you'll never use it again :yelrotflmao: :flamewar::flamewar::flamewar::flamewar:

No...

Carb cleaner I've used leaves a little bit of an oily film behind, whereas brake cleaner dries quickly and clean.

I agree...I've always used brake cleaner with great results....shit will burn your hands with too much exposure, though...

Powerwash then brake clean it...then power wash again!!

i think brake cleen is a different chemical than carb cleaner. carb cleaner definetely isnt as strong. also, some brake cleaners have chlorine in it. so im sure that would affect the cases if it was left on.
