trinity racing 709

called trinity racing on thursday and was talking to them about 610 and they said they were coming out with a 709 in about 2 1/2 months so i ordered one and sent them the money for it will have billet cases and 18 mill and chettah cylinders the rest did not ever ask about cause they quoted me a crazy price so i took it will get some pic as soon as i get the motor my son is a bit pissed cause i used up thier money to rebuild his blaster so he will have to ride his ktm 65 a little longer

a 709 is not a 18mm motor to start with.. what your talking about is the cheetah dm top end (78mm bore) the crank your wanting for a 709 is a 20mm.. the 18mm dm is a 688cc motor..

 

as a matter of fact ive got a 20mm crank and dm cylinders for sale as well right now...

I have never dealt directly with Trinity, but I have never heard anything good about them, especially their motor work and prices. I got my setup from Jeff at FAST and I know he will stand by his work and the parts he sells. :beer:

YES CALLED THEM and it is a 20 mil i got the billet cases billet stroker crank chettah cylinders and head,pistons and rings v force reed cages and 2 carbs 41 mm everything i need to put it together for 5000.00 thought price sounded good putting it together myself still have time to cancel if got burnt to bad

what about billet tranny,billet clutch basket,are you running that on a stock frame?cuz if you are,youre going to have a tough time keeping the front end down,and if it is a stock frame what a waste.also tou said 5k well to set this beast of a motor right multiplied that by 2.have fun. :banghead: :banghead: :beer: :beer:

5k if you only paid cost for the parts..

 

you dont need a billet trans for a 20mm a billet 2nd gear is deffinitly a must, the basket and straight cuts for it is 700 as well.. pipes, carbs, ect.. 5k for just the motor just isnt enough..

 

hell the cranks are like 1900 or so and the cases are 2400 thats 4300 right there..

yea i know ive priced it before through various places ,they said i would need pipes and carb and clutch basket .but that included clutch and lockup v-force 3 reed cages nyuk gave me number of someonelse he said he could sale me the same parts for around same price but he mentioned useing rotax cylinders cause you can go bigger for cheaper when trinity priced all those parts for that price i thought it was cheap cause i priced a 610 couple of months ago and they told me 8500.00 now their priceing 709 for cheaper than they would have sold a 610 for i know ill have more in it buy the time i get pipes and all the little stuff yes im still going to have it in a stock frame for now can only work on one part of the build at at time going to have motor done buy feb. or march complete then ill start on frame stock frame will have -1 arms pluss 10 swinger and wheelie bar and dropped all that already have
