Just when I think i've seen it all, someone does something cool again.I've seen a three wheeler with a Gixer in it.There used to be a member on here named Steve2000 that had the "BANZUKI",it was soooo cool, had all the working instrumentation and everything.

How's these pics for you? GSXR engine in an 87 J-Arm Banshee Frame. LOTS of frame work. I mean LOTS! Its pretty much a whole new frame. Then he went and put GAY-ASS raptor plastics on it and made it look even worse. Locogato is right, just get a raptor frame and do it right. Post up some pics of your raptor and show them how its supposed to look loco.

banshee frame is a terrible one to put a streetbike motor in. you need a raptor frame. you will pretty much be cutting the frame all apart...

i have been sitting on a rolling chassis and both the banshee and the bike are in my buddies garage who is a machinest..

i assure you it will be done right

its not like im cutting up one of my banshees that i ride...it has been more of a parts bike..we've got 3 other banshees

i am a big fan of your cbr raptor though

People have this huge misconception that just because someone is a machinist they know what they are doing with fabrication. I know plenty of machinists that I wouldn't trust with building a square box out of tube steel. There's a lot more involved in it than just welding shit together. Good luck with your build though. Post pics as you go along.

like i said before..hes a good freind of mine..i know his abilities- he's not just some machinest from the shop next door

fior example-i bent the piss out of the rear subframe of a banshee and had the subframe completely redone by him...just an example..i understand that this will be a little more complicated

ill def. keep you guys posted with the progress..we are goin to yank the motor this weekend

it will be a winter project for fun...i dont plan on building a machine like loco did..ill tell you now it wont be that nice...building a drivable gsxr banshee will satisfy me plenty

Yep. Or just scrapping the whole thing and building a frame from the ground up to suit your needs, which is a fuckin lot of work.
