Well no cool story to this one. (parking break doesn't work....)

 

No leaking or obvious over heating. Can I expect problems from this, or is it mainly cosmetic? Easy my mind guys!

Not too get too mathmatical here, but if there is no leak you should be fine. According to Clymer, once 20% of the original surface area is gone, it is time to replace it. Kinda hard to caluculate, but mine is definately worse, and I have run it for about a year now no problems, the new oens are so darn expensive for a big hunk of aluminum.
