The Dyno shows 110HP. Seems a little low to me for a 535 dont it? Anyway i have only gotten to ride it on cement and it almost killed me. To damn fast for cement. It needs a 20" swing arm. Its plenty fast enough for me thats for sure. I have to get rid of the seat cover and maybe some black plastic though.

Wjat do you think, should i put the Hipers on it?

sorry but if you dont know what an over ride tranny is and what all those other "doo dads" are i dont think you have any business riding it. i think youd be better off on a 250 or 300 ex from the sounds of it. that way you can learn what all the doo dads are before you go riding a bike with all those doo dads...and you say u rode it on cement? well i highly doubt it. if you did in fact ride it, and dont know what an over ride tranny is i have good reason to believe that you already tore the shift forks up in the motor.

Dude that is a kick ass bike, but if you have no clue what a over ride tranny is its prolly focked by now! you will be tearing it down soon

Killer bike but it sounds like you are not sure of what you have there, play it safe, let me handle it for a short while ,so you can have time to figure this beast out---just looking out for ya

the plastics are fine, but you have to lose that seat cover  it doesn't really match the bike. i'm not sure what an override tranny is all about either, but my first impression from the other 'doo dads' was that's not good to have a wicked ride like that and not know much about it. but you have it, and you're here now, so start asking questions about those 'doo dads' that you're not sure about before you do biff it all up. it looks like anything on that ride would not be cheap to fix or repair.

pretty cool ride though bud B)

Sweet ride, but I agree with those above you need to know what you are playing with before you hurt yourself severely. If you seriously don't know what's what on your shee, I think you are playing with fire............

Thats a lot of power for a beginner, but just lookin' out for ya, don't want to add you to the statistics list this year.

By the way if you don't want the seat cover let me know, it would look pretty cool on my black and red shee......... .

I appriciate your concern, although i dont know why you would doubt that i rode it on cement  That would be a stupid thing to lie about.

Anyway before i bought the bike the previous owner told me about the tranny and not to engine brake it. That dont mean that i wont forget :shootself: but i do know a little about the tranny in regards to how to shift it. It seems like a lot of trouble though, i dont really understand what the purpopes is. I guess every little second (or 1/8 of a second) matter when your dragging. I think i would rather have the plain old standard tranny but what ya gonna do?

I am gonna look for a plain old black seat cover till i decide what plastic im going to go with.

Oh ya 1 more thing, as for me riding a 300ex, i have been riding a YFZ and have had quads with NOS and i am a previos banshee owner(although not a 100HP one) so i dont think that the 300ex is really nessesary, thanks for your input though :)

He also got a PVL ignition on that bike. 110 -115 on race gas. 125 -130 or so on alky or more. Hang on-to-it I know. A 535 10/mm is actually, well can't say out dated but small to what's out there today. You better read the manual on that bike. LOL :D nice bike though I wish you luck
