Wicked98Shee Posted April 16, 2006 Report Posted April 16, 2006 pressure test your engine, that'll let ya know the condition of your seals ... it should hold 6lbs for 6 minutes Quote
Ben350 Posted April 18, 2006 Report Posted April 18, 2006 Same thing happened to me last year. Right hand seal went out. Mine didn't overheat, though. Yes, you do have to split cases Quote

FasterThanU90 Posted April 26, 2006 Report Posted April 26, 2006 87 before u start tearin it apart try just flushing all the coolant out that might be part of ur cooling prob and ur gonna need to reseal the cases thats why its leaking oil out the bottom their sealed form the factory but over the years it wears out of course, i had Jeff at FAST do it for me And i would richen up that premix i wouldnt trust that 50:1 Quote
banshee87 Posted April 27, 2006 Author Report Posted April 27, 2006 can i seal it wit yamabond you are talking about the bolts that go through the case out the bottom right Quote
batoutofshell Posted April 27, 2006 Report Posted April 27, 2006 if your case is cracked or broken in that area you have to replace it Quote
