sorry it took so long to get back but the motor sold on ebay but i still have the pipes no dents and they are black not chrome /polished i also have a 100 watt stator for an 87 and a high output coil

ok i listed my banshee for sale got tired of waiting so im parting it out.complete motor minus yhe stator (needed it for my other banshee) you get the 34 mm flatslides ,cool head pro design coolhead and intake boost bottle set up, v force reeds ,flywheel ,reed spacers,throttle cable(brand new)also i have a set of toomy t-5 s black head pipes seperate from motor LETS MAKE A DEAL :biggrin:

when we did my buddys carbs the float on th right side hung up and only let a small amount of fuel in an that caused it to rev out like that

its me again i ve got another problem . got a 99 shee that has alot of up and down play in the shifter the splines are good its the whole shaft moving havent pulled the cover yet but im thinking possibly a bad shift star any other thoughts would be great you all have helped on my other issues and on my shee i cant get over 84 mph list of mods .80 over coolhead 20 cc domes :biggrin: 110/ 92 octane always mixed 50 50 :biggrin: :biggrin: klotz oil ngk 8 plugs :cool: 34mm flat slide kehins :cool: kn filter no lid on box stock gearing stock tire size v force reeds :biggrin: 1/4 reed spacer :biggrin: aluminum vitos intake :biggrin: toomy t 5 toomy boost bottle jetting was to toomy specs done by l and j performance

here i go again i broke my throttle cable but i have 2 new ones and they wont work so here is my question I have mikuni flatslides the cable that broke is assembled opposite of my stock ones so where or which one do i need tried to make one from two and it wont work!

got some red plastic complete with lights flywheel stator dont know if it works yet nerf bars

:biggrin: hey we have ignition it lives we tried my stator and it runs but we still have a popping on the left side we are gonna rejet and send the stator back the new one read to specs on all tests but produces no spark put mine on and it runs i do have another question with an adjustable timing plate where do you set it we are putting it on my bike it is 80 over cool head with 21 cc domes 34 mm flat slidees toomy t5 pipes v force reeds vitos intake and boost bottle .25 inch reed spacers :happy:

all right now im screwed we put my cdi on this turd my coil new 100 watt ricky stator new fly wheel i went through the harness found no bad connections here is a run down of the mods to the harness removed tors plugs removed tors controler plug removed throttle switch plug tested all components to the system removed main switch for lights and kill switch wires are open key bypassed anyone near nw indiana that can help????????????????????????

well we got a ricky stator ignition coil after he boutgh it and it ran now it has no spark so we replaced the stator with a ricky stator 100 watt stator and still no spark one question is what is the timing supposed to be set at we have it at 0 next i know that if we read across the secondary leads we have resistance but nothing from the primary to the secondary next the cdi is good like i said i put it on my bike and mine ran fine im going to go through the harness tonight and double check it also since the old stator read fine on the meter what else would be takeing the coils out both coils were on the old stator and the fly wheel i havent checked yet but i am going to take mine off and put it on his any other ideas would be great guys

i think th coil is bad but its new the tests in the clymer boom show secondary readings but i get nothing on that side but primary reads perfect and same with caps off

ok here goes my buddy bought a 88 shee had to rebuild top end got the motor running good then it started popping out left pipe and now it wont start no spark it has new coil and stator tors gone junk anyway checked harness ok by passed kill switch still no spark put his cdi on my shee runs fine also new it is an ajustable timing plate set at 0 but with both plugs out still no spark any clues thanks

ok where is the choke tube the only screw on the carbs i see is the a/f screw this quad sat apart for a year so im going to take the carbs apart today reads are ok when first started fuel ran out both carbs now they dont

ok here goes got my buddies 02 banshee i rebuilt the motor because he shot the crank because of rod bearing failure new pistons .20 over on the bore dmc alien exhaust boost bottle still has tors now it either idles way to high im guessing 1/4 throttle or it will run for a few seconds and die or it just dies also new boyseen power reeds got to have right asap ::

can i seal it wit yamabond you are talking about the bolts that go through the case out the bottom right

ok here is what i found my drive gear on the end of the crank came loose and the nut shot through the case lost the w/p gear seal case cover and w/p bearing sucks total rebuild i guess first time for me any help to stop this from happening again

ok here goes i have an 87 shee . it has fmf pipes 320 jets 34 mm kehin flat slides v force reeds 1/4 spacers .80 over k/n filter no lid on air box cool head vito racing intake 21 cc domes in heads useing br8es plugs roost boost intake and boost bottle are 1 piece i think thats all now for my problem and question at first it was blowing blueish smoke out the right side pipe all the time more throttloe more smoke then we synced the carbs and rejetted ran good but still light smoke now i ran it last night and it overheated i heard it bubbling in the radiator checked the coolant and it was low now it smokes really bad like a dark blue fog and smeels like shit i think it might be a crank seal on the right side now for the question do i need to split the case to change the crank seals or is there a way to do it without spliting it also i keep finding oil on the right side of my frame and on the bottom of the case it is trans oil im running amsoil 50:1 ratio i think thats all but i need help quick before my old lady freaks ive only had the shee about a month
